You store employees are great. But your outside store is disgusting dirt , everybody said that the company don’t care is very sad .

Vivien was amazing. I came in late on august 28th and she made me so comfortable. That woman is a beautiful soul. She deserves so much. she greeted me with a pretty smile and a wave , she’s actually amazing. Ive never had ANY customer service better than mrs vivien . Angelo was pretty cool too! Nice gentleman. Vivien was so comforting. I felt like i had made a bestfriend. I hope to meet her again.

The employees and pharmacist are very kind hearted. Never rude. They will do anything to make sure I get what my doctor request I receive, like a certain brand of medication. It all works out great in ends. I would recommend CVS pharmacy to just about anyone.

I was a customer at store #1448, on Tuesday afternoon. The lady in front of me was very rude to the Spanish lady who was helping her, she was being very aggressive with her. While she was explaining to her about the buy one get one free. She also told her that if she didn't understand. She needs to be retrained. That when she became very nervous and went to get another associate to help. Then the lady started to yelled and scream at Ms. Vicki. Ms. Vicki have never been rude to a customer. I commend them on handling the situation with respect, while being disrespected. CVS needs to give their employees the same respect they give there customers. Often times when I come to this store, I see the employee being very respectful with a smile. While being disrespected. CVS needs to do better for their employees. It's a great staff there. I give them a 10 rating, just on how they handle that situation.

I APPRECIATE HER SERVICES WITH A SMILE AND URGENCY TO ENSURE MY PHOTO WAS PRINTED IN A TIMELY FASHION. THANKS FOR AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE ON MY DAY OF RUSHING!!! THANKS
