When I picked up my prescriptions today I inquired about getting a bottle of Tums as well and was told I could pick them up in front. Was I asked to prepay for my prescriptions but then they want me to come inside during the Corona virus epidemic?

CVS at 395 Court Street allows dogs to roam around the store that sells food - cheese, bread, etc. This is not allowed.

Waiting line to n the pharmacy at any time is ridiculous. Store 0866. Unfortunately my insurance tightened me to this company.

CVS in New Holland, Pa. CVS should either close this store or do something. I just picked up two prescriptions for my wife. They were both wrong. If you go in this place after 4:00 pm,there is no help in pharmacy. They can't keep help in this store. When they only have two people in the pharmacy, they won't answer the phone. It is a shame Rite Aid didn't take these people over but I see why. I,m going to look for a new pharmacy. If you are on Auto Refill, they screw that up and do refills before you need them. Poor organization and mangement. !!

In mentor ohio on lakeshore blvd. there are always 10 people behind the counter and 1 person waiting on customers. Wait time is unacceptable. I must watch the antics of the employees while so many customers are waiting.

Shopped for essentials that were on sale and found out at the checkout that the discounts only applied with their card - and that information was not on any of the sales cards. Lost $25 and not happy with being taken advantage of.

Bonita Spring @ Imperial Rd & Bonita Beach Rd is so slow at the pharmacy. How do you get a prescription called in to their location in the morning and they tell you it will be ready the next day then you go the next day to pick it up and they say 20 minutes which turned into 45 minutes no less this was an antibiotic that he need. This is a disgrace

My spouse went in to get OTC medicine Sudafed 12 hour for me and the pharmacist asked him 10 or 20 tabs and he said 20. T He pharmacist handed him the med he bought it and we got home I looked and it was cvs brand!!!!!!!! I fumed and called the store back and they said what did I want them to do! I said I am suffering I do not ever take generic, it don’t work, and I sent my husband in for a specific brand and he said that is what they give him. They told me most people want to save money and get their store brand. I said I’m not most people and your crap don’t work. They won’t take it back and now I have to go spend money I don’t have to buy what I need!!! I told them stop putting everyone into your little clique and ask next time which brand do u prefer! Walmart is where I buy my meds and they never give me this grief. I didn’t have my license so I had to send David to get med I wanted. Now I’m suffering I have taken 3 tabs of their 12 hour crap and I’m not better and can’t sleep. They ought to be sued,.!!!!! Don’t ever assume anything about anyone it makes an butt out of u and me! This is just not good business.
