I’m putting the one star because it won’t let me not put a star to write this review CVS you need to get your shit together I am dumbfounded with the way all your employees and your customer service representatives are just ridiculous Mother’s Day weekend. You guys were having a promotion for canvases and I ordered one on Tuesday right before Mother’s Day weekend. I received multiple messages from letting me know that my canvas was ready on Wednesday I sent my stepdad to go pick up this canvas because it was a Mother’s Day gift to my mom. He arrives there and they let him know that it’s not ready so he leaves and he calls me and let me know Thursday I receive it same text message me saying that my order was ready. Same thing. My stepdad goes to pick it up and nothing. I go ahead and call them Friday to see if it was ready because I also received another message letting me know it was ready for pick up. They let me know no ma’am it’s not ready. I called again Saturday because I received another text message letting me know it was ready for pick up. Guess what it wasn’t ready as a matter of fact, the machine was down and they didn’t let neither my stepdad or myself know so my stepdad went twice for no reason and I was just given the runaround well today is July 1, 2026 and I still have not received my order. I’ve called several times the customer service line they tried to switch the chemist to a different location and guess what I’ve been clicked on multiple times I’ve had to call. I’ve been calling all these months and no one has been able to help me today. A gentleman I forgot his name was trying to help me and he called eight different stores. do you know what it is eight different stores to see if they can take my damn order that I have been sitting here waiting for to be supposedly ready none of the stores can take the order CVS you need to do better this is ridiculous and a whole other level. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to sorry not sorry don’t offer a service that you can’t fulfill

I had a prescription that I needed quite badly. I called Friday to check on whether they had the medication, they told me no but it was in the warehouse they order it. On Saturday I called to see if it was ready, then they stated the don’t get trucks on the weekend but would be in Monday. I called Monday they said it was not on the truck but would come Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told they were over their quota (?) of the medication and it would now take a month. So I have been suffering since Friday based on what was said. I will NEVER step foot in a CVS again!

I am having surgery tomorrow and I needed Ensure pre-surgery and called everywhere and checked the app and the website. Nothing. You have an entire aisle for greeting cards but not medicine I actually need.

If they had 1/2 a star or better yet 0 stars I would have chosen those. No one EVER answers the telephone, the prices are WAY higher than Walgreens, their customer service is severely lacking and I just got ripped off on my Instacart order!!! This is a horrid excuse for a convenience store/pharmacy!!

I've spent a week trying to get test strips First you have to navigate a broken phone syterm then you leave a message and perhaps someone calls back Today no one did then they tell you Dr hasn't sent request although dr swears he did They didn't even pick up the phone when Dr called and never called him back

After 10 hour shift of working, I go to Cvs to collect my daughter‘s medication. I go through drive-thru because it is raining and nasty weather. All it to be told that I need to come inside because my transaction is holding up the line. I said no, that is an inconvenience for me .if you didn’t want a long line and drive-thru and you prefer customers to come on the inside you should’ve closed drive-thru and I would’ve kept going I’m not coming on inside because this is what I wanted to do which was utilize drive-thru, but I wanted to come inside. I would’ve walked inside. I was told I was holding up their line because they needed to do certain transactions for my request. I said so that’s not my problem the longer you’re standing here telling me what you can and cannot do you could’ve been fulfilling my order. her name is Bishnoi of Indian descent. I told her I will be calling customer service to file a complaint, and I will transfer my meds to Walgreens.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally report an upsetting and unacceptable experience I had at your CVS Pharmacy located at 713 W Main St., New Britain, CT (Store #00760). During my visit, I approached the pharmacy counter to pick up my medication and ask a question regarding a prescription that was ready for pickup. The employee assisting me did not greet me, avoided eye contact, and did not respond to my inquiry in a respectful or professional manner. When I asked why my question was not being answered, I was told, “you are disgusting; I can’t make eye contact with everyone who comes here to the pharmacy.” This comment was deeply offensive and entirely inappropriate. I was shocked by both the tone and attitude of the employee. Feeling hurt and disrespected, I took my medication and left the counter. However, I then went to the front of the store to obtain a corporate contact number to file a complaint. I returned to the pharmacy to ask for the name of the employee involved. At that point, she went into the back area and removed her name tag. She then looked at me and smirked, clearly indicating she did not intend to identify herself. I then asked multiple staff members present, including a pharmacist, for assistance in identifying the individual, but they all ignored my requests and refused to respond. The pharmacist appeared to avoid involvement by pretending to be on the phone. I also spoke with a store supervisor, who briefly went to the pharmacy area and returned stating that she could not provide the employee’s name. This lack of accountability is extremely concerning. The behavior I experienced felt coordinated and dismissive, and I strongly believe it was discriminatory. As a 62-year-old woman with a professional background—including engineering degrees—I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, as any customer should be. This incident was not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful. I am requesting that this matter be investigated thoroughly, appropriate action be taken, and that I receive a formal response addressing this complaint. No customer should be treated in this manner. The phone system is useless, Why even have a worthless system. I am leaving CVS because of it. I guess they don't look at their feedback
