The company kept charging my cousin's card for 1 year even when there were multiple attempts to stop it. They then after a year when called said would give back the money for the entire year. BUT it never came in transaction. They dont even have a transaction/confirmation number system just so that CVS would not get caught lying.

If I could I would leave a zero! CVS refuses to honor doctor's orders to save the lives of their patients. They refuse to dispense ivermectin and other life saving drugs..They are part of the depopulation campaign. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Platte City, MO Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and I've watched them pick up the phone and hang it back up without saying a word more than once when they're busy. They're constantly out of medications and I honestly don't think they really care if patients get the meds they need or not, just as long as they continue to get that paycheck every two weeks. I've been without a necessary prescription for going on three weeks now. Due to a shortage, my doctor had to put me on a lower dose and double it. My insurance company approved a quantity limit exception so it would be covered, but each time CVS would try to submit a claim it got rejected. I told the Pharmacist numerous times what I needed and after two weeks of going back and forth with the pharmacy and my insurance company, a customer service rep from my insurance company finally realized the reason the claim kept getting rejected is because the pharmacist was trying to put the claim through for four times the amount I needed, which exceeded the FDA maximum recommended dose! Meanwhile, I've been dealing with withdrawals symptoms so severe I've been unable to work!!!

CVS is the worst company to use. They want you to use the prepaid app to assist with speeding up the process at check out. You prepay you get to the register and they force you to pay again! Corporate greed at its finest! Congrats CVS you suck!

Throwing in the towel with CVS. Today's call was to inquire about a discount card to pay less for one of thirteen medications I am on due to Covid related health issues. Jennifer of the Dual Highway CVS was abrupt, short tempered and put and out rude. I had multiple questions that could have been answered weeks ago if they answered their phone. I'm done. Peace out, CVS.

CVS Pharmacy store #1911 Dover, DE would not sell me insulin pen needles without a prescription. I was paying cash. Had to travel to Walmart and wasn't denied purchasing pen needles. Smh I need to get some official CVS policy showing they don't sell pen needles without a prescription.

CVS Pharmacy closed the store on camp Wisdom and Wheatland, now the store on Cedar Ridge in Duncanville is always busy. Therefore, you can't get a prescription filled and the line is always long .Meanwhile, CVS needs to hire knowledgeable people to do the job. You can't get your medication anymore. The customer's faces is angry.
