When u have a company with 6+ employees at one section, you alternate lunch breaks. You dont close any other business out there like this. Nobody closes a whole public store or section of store so everyone can take lunch together. Its dumb and very inconvenient. Will be taking business elsewhere

Pharmacist in CVS on Kyrene & Chandler Blvd is unprofessional, rude, and yelling to customers not rvan wanted to listen first! If ratings can be 0 he definitely deserves it. Too bad he works with people who needs medications and not having people skills!!!

I called CVS located 1150 Saratoga St, Boston, Ma 02128. from doctor office BIDMC Chelsea to inform the pharmacist (Josh) that a PA was approved. He didn't give me time to explain to him what is going on and he hung up on me. I called 2nd time once he heard my voice, he put me on hold for ever. I called the 3 time and Vita the tech answered me, and she put me on hold as well to check with the pharmacist and for the 3 time they hang up on me! so disappointed with the customer service.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at CVS Pharmacy. The service was slow and the pharmacist didn't seem to care about my needs. The store was also very disorganized and hard to navigate. The prices were also very high compared to other pharmacies in the area. I will not be returning to CVS and I cannot recommend them.

Just waited forty minutes at a deserted drive up window for a six-hundred dollar cash pick up of medicines (all for poor me) at Long's in Waimea. When someone finally came to window after 30 minutes, the unpleasant pharmacist denied that my doctor had ordered insulin, although it is clearly ordered on Mychart and was on CVS.com. She demanded several times that I provide her the type and dose of the newly prescribed insulin from my car, which, of course, I did not have. How this information would have changed anything with an order she ignored, I do not know. This lovely transaction took place following my fifteen-hour Friday shift as a nurse practitioner. She was rude, insisted on calling me ma'am, told me she was "SORRY you feel that way" for inquiring about cost and tryinh to get the life saving drug my PCP had ordered. She did not even thank me when I ponied up six hundred dollars (with ample insurance coverage). I have served this underserved island community and three other states for > 24 years practiing psychiatry and addictionology but, as of this evening, I will NEVER send another patient or RX to any CVS in any of states where I currently practice. I am glad I have never treated any one of the thousands of patients I have served the CVS way.

Employees were extremely rude. I had a new insurance card and the employee in the drive-thru after making me wait for a while told me that I needed to go in if I wanted to use my new insurance. I asked her how much longer it would take because I had groceries in the car. The first rude female employee said, "go inside and go to the 1st window." I went inside to the first window (as directed) no one acknowledged me. I moved to the line and waited some more. I spoke to the second rude employee and explained what happened she barked at me and said "go sit down"! More waiting. Bad experience. Don't recommend.

CVS is a joke. They didn’t have the decency to call or text me when they did not have an antibiotic. Then they have me doing their job for them. Call one pharmacy to push out a notice to the other pharmacy to get my kid’s antibiotic for a simple ear infection. Then I am told to call the other pharmacy to fill it. Is this my job? No, no it is isn’t. My favorite is that they have one scrip filled in one place and another filled in another. Now I have two pharmacies to go to to get the scrips completed. CVS can shove it.

Very disappointed after 2months of waiting still no picture and finally got notice the store is no longer doing photos. After I prepaid for a suprise order to my seven siblings. Only six were able to get the family photo while one was not. And to add insult to situation when I called customer service they offered to cancel order and give me discount on 4x6 prints only when I ordered at 16x20 canvas photo. WOW disappointed is a understatement. And to hear I would have to repurchase at the current price I'm unable to get the price I paid for the item.
