Had my medicines transferred to CVS from another pharmacy didn’t. and tell me oh we cannot fill them because they’re controlled. Why don’t you tell people that before they do a transfer now I have to go back to the doctor after just when to the doctor for these prescriptions stupid pharmacy

The customer experience at CVS continues to deteriorate. The local staff are just as fed up as we customers are. The store today was stacked high in every aisle with totes, with no one to unload them and stock the shelves. The manager said he needed 14 people to unload the truck and stock the shelves, and management allots him just 4. Their app sucks. It tells you a prescription is ready, when in fact the drug is not even in stock at the store. It refills prescriptions even when you've asked several times to have it taken off of automatic refill. And the ones you have asked to automatically refill don't, so you have to call them in when you're running low. Their rewards program only rewards people with enough time and patience to figure out the rules, what's allowed and what's not. The experience to top them all: I was fed up enough that I was going to complete the survey under the "Share Your Feedback" heading on my receipt. Lo and behold, when I went to that URL, I was prompted for a 17-digit (yes, 17-digit) number in order to enter into the questionnaire. There was no such number on the receipt, which tells me that they don't really want my feedback, or that they want to make it as difficult as possible to give them feedback. If I could easily transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens I would, but there's no easy way to do that without having your prescribers write all new prescriptions. Lucky for CVS that's the case.

I read that most CVS pharmacies have a low rating. The pharmacists are rude and yes sometimes refuse to fill scripts. If the doctor orders it, then they should fill it. No questions. And they shouldn’t treat people who have to be on narcotics to have any kind of life any differently than anyone else.

CVS pharmacy at 4100 De Zavala San Antonio, Tx Customer service is very poor day in and day out. It seems to be getting worse! Phone is very rarely picked up quickly and frequently not at all. Prescription pickup in store and using the drive through is very slow. It seems that understaffing is the main culprit! Staff is courteous enough when they get to you. It seems that no one is in charge!

Cvs at short pump 12410 west road st.. Is the absolute worst. In line to pick up meds, and pull up to window and they close the window. Had to go to lunch, made no difference that I was waiting in line. I don’t see cvs closing the front door for lunch, so why the pharmacy. Certainly doesn’t follow what their ceo says do the right thing” didn’t see anywhere in values statement hey shut the window in your patrons faces, but hell must be a new policy.

I have just spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to get my extra bucks with no success. I placed an order on line. A few days later I purchased something in the store. On the bottom of my store receipt, it said that X amount of money was needed to earn reward. This was listed for two rewards. In good faith, I went home and spend more than the among that was said was needed for each reward. I never got my rewards. I have just spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to get my $15.00 in rewards. At one point, one of the people I talked with said that I would get my rewards. Then I was told by another person that it had to be approve by someone else. Many minutes later, it came back that my rewards were denied. CVS is driving customers away. I have been one of their best customers, but not any more.

CVS sucks. Specifically their pharmacy. I had a prescription I’ve been on for years. And have had filled by this particular CVS for a few months. I’ve just moved to the area because I found a better job here. My issues are debilitating and my medication is the entire reason I’m able to work and care for my family. A “new” pharmacist comes in and says she won’t fill it because she doesn’t like the way I get it and she’s new and wants to “impress” her boss so she won’t be filling my type of prescriptions anymore. Well I’m out of my prescription tonight and I’m scrambling to find help. F*** CVS for doing this to a mother with health issues just trying to work to care for her boys.

I don’t understand how you can go to the pharmacy inside to pick up a prescription that is not covered by insurance so I had to use good RX to purchase it and leave the pharmacy with a different prescription that I had purchased for myself and not have the one that I went there for. We discussed a price on good RX never once did she say I had to wait for the prescription she hands me the bag with the other prescription I even go and talk to the pharmacist for a couple of minutes. I guess the store and not once do I hear Miss Johnson your prescriptions ready I’ll overhead on the intercom I figured what not happen if I had been waiting for a prescription? So therefore I left I get home and I don’t have the prescription that I went to the store to buy with good RX. I called the pharmacy and she says yes your prescription was never picked up. And I told her I was just there to purchase the prescription. How is that possible? It doesn’t take much common sense to tell someone, “ma’am you will have to wait a few minutes for that prescription.” I would like to add that when I return to CVS pharmacy, the young lady that did help me also asked if I needed Needles and syringes, thank goodness, cause I had not thought of that! Like I said, just a little common sense, goes a long way and Customer Service. :-)
