CVS doesn't deserve 1 star from me. The website and app are horrible just like Customer Service. the language is horrible the calls are muffled and I just found out this Sunday my account was closed. I been trying to make a complaint and all they do is transfer me to many different departments. these people don't listen!!

The CVS located at: 3770 Sheridan Blvd Denver, Co 80212 is absolutely the worst. I called in to refill my prescriptions. The auto attendant system couldn't fill them, I opted out to the pharmacy and was on hold for over 30 minutes, I called back and was on hold for another 30 minutes. I then hung up and drove to the CVS. No lines and pharmacists behind the counter laughing and telling jokes. I told them I had been on hold for over an hour and they simply said they had no one to answer the phone. This place is such a joke. If you can try to find an alternative pharmacy.

In the last 20 years (zip code 33069) I never had a problem with the local CVS pharmacy until recently: About a month ago as I was getting out of my car I tripped and fell. I didn't think I hurt myself though a young man (I am 80 yo) helped me up. As I walked in the store to the pharmacy I noticed my knee was bleeding profusely. As soon as I got to the counter I asked if they could help me with a band aid or a tissue. The heavy set female pharmacist looked up and simply said, "No." The other younger employees looked at me forlornly and also refused to aid me. I said I was taking a blood thinner, but the pharmacist refused again to help me. I drove home and cared for my wound that day. Several weeks later I had driven my partner to the dentist. My partner is an 83 yo stroke patient who spends 90% of his time in a hospital bed and requires a wheelchair and a handicap van to be taken to medical appointments. I rent the van for $197 a day. On the day of the dentist appointment, we wondered if it might be possible to stop by the local CVS pharmacy to get his and my more recent covid vaccine. This CVS has given us the vaccinations previously without appointments because they were not busy at the time. I was hoping we might find a similar situation this time. And, it appeared, we did. The pharmacy was empty of customers. I asked if we could get the covid vaccinations. We were told we needed appointments. I pointed out they were not busy with customers and I told them about the cost of the handicap van for me per day. The same female pharmacist that had refused me aid when I fell outside the store refused us again. Yes, I am considering transferring all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

If I could give it a minus 10, I would. It is so frustrating. whether on the app or on website it rarely works. if it does, you have waited a long time to get to where you need. I am fed up with it. it's CVS!! They can't pay someone with a brain to get it working? CVS as a pharmacy is great...but please get the sites up and running correctly!

I arrived at 5:40 pm CST Ross Clark Circle East and US 84 store #4878. I opted to enter the store instead of staying in the drive through line because it was very long and I needed to ask questions. I entered the store and no one was there and continued to the pharmacy and there was a worker at the drive thru window, a male pharmacy worker sorting completed orders and another female working opposite him in street clothes. Neither of these persons not working at the drive thru said a word to me for an entire 13 minutes as I waited directly at the pickup counter, yet they spoke to one another. After the male pharmacist stocked every single bag he's completed he went back to his work station then came to the window and asked my name and date of birth. I told him that I also needed another script to which he replied that it wasn't called in for refill. I said it was and he did not fill it, nor gave any more conversation to the matter. Another white female customer had gotten in line behind me. He helped her right away. Yet another white female stood and waited while I tried on reader glasses and then the female pharmacy worker walked up and asked if she could help her with anything and did. I then told her how nice it was of her to assist the young lady right away after I stood at the counter for 13 minutes and she didn't utter a single word to assist me. She offered not response or apology. I went to the front to ask for a manager and no one was there. I rang the bell and no one ever came to assist. No one. There's a sweet pharmacy tech named Theletha - she wasn't there, she's always kind and professional. This is 2 weeks later after this same pharmacy refused to fill my daughter's prescription when she came home from Birmingham Hospital 11 day stay with 36+ staples in her abdomen. The pharmacist told the B'ham nurse that they just weren't going to fill any more prescriptions that night because they were tired and wanted to go home. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe that particular person's attitude and choice of action after we tried to fill this script. Thank God for Publix Pharmacy at Cottonwood Corner! They were prompt, efficient, kind, and compassionate.

They are the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered! Eas told I was a day early on my medication to pick them up tomorrow and win tomorrow came, they were closed. Ridiculous, poor customer service

Do not go! They charged me 185 for GU/UTI. I thought it would include the testing. Now I got a bill from Quest for the labs done. Another 160. Why do they separate the visit fees by complaint if the labs are not adjusted in the fee? It is deceptive.

I went for a covid-19 test which my insurance paid for. They were supposed to call me with the results within4 48 to 72 hrs. However this never happened, finally we called them for the results. They were negative but I isolated for extra time because of their indifference.
