Let me tell you about my recent experience picking up my foot infection prescription at CVS. It was an absolute nightmare. First of all, the line was longer than the Mississippi River. I mean, how hard is it to have enough staff on hand to help customers in a timely manner? But that wasn't even the worst of it. When I finally made it to the front of the line, the pharmacist was about as helpful as a toothpick in a forest fire. I had a few questions about my prescription and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. The nerve! And to top it all off, the prescription wasn't even ready when I arrived. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they fumbled around in the back, trying to figure out what was going on. It's like they didn't even care about my health or well-being.

Was waiting in line for pharmacy, pull up and the clock ticked 6pm, they shut the window in my face. Went inside, refused to help me. Spoke to Will Oleander - Mgr no help. Thanks, even banks will help you if you are in line before closing. What a crap place, afar crap service, what crappy human beings.

The absolute worst from A-Z

Terrible. They forget automatic refills. Taken more than 5 days to fill empty scrip. Get stuck on hold trying to call. They have tried to fill a 90 day prescription 3 times in same 90 days.

This could be the worst website I've ever used. Buggy, unresponsive, extremely difficult to navigate, etc. Seriously, I don't think they have a site map. Things just get randomly placed wherever the web builder decides to put it. You have to go down a rabbit hole of several clicks to do simple tasks and when you finally find what you need there is some error message stating the system is down. The mobile app is just as bad if not worse. I can't fathom how company with $300B in revenue can allow such incompetence to continue year after year. A Squarespace website would function better than this. If my insurance company didn't essentially force me to go through CVS, I would never use them again.

If i could give zero stars it would be most accurate. I had just received bad news from a doctor who prescribed medication and was unclear if i should take the medication. I wanted to know if a medicine i was prescribed worth taking because my doctor said it might cause me to relapse. So, i called Pharmacy spoke with pharmacist Liu naperville il branch corner rte 59 and north aurora. He was very condescending and uncompassionate in how he spoke to me. He said It's common sense and that i could get sick again. He acted as if i expected a cure that wasn't my point. I just wanted to know if the drug causes a relapse. I decided to pick up medicine and he was aggressive and talking too fast when explaining how to take medication. So i called again just to ask how to take it, he yelled at me. I've never in my life been talked to rudely by a pharmacist. . I was ill and not very coherent and he should know a patient may feel this way and be patient and gentle but instead he's a raging bull. I cried after hanging up my family had to calm me down.He should be suspended/terminated. They should record calls and listen how rude he is.

Absolute worst service, and tendency to "lose" your prescriptions. After horrible service for years since they lost their last competent pharmacist, I made the mistake of having a prescription sent to CVS again because it is so close to me. A day since it was sent in, and they claim not to have it. Not only do they act like they are angry to be bothered to begin with, they have no manners at all when I'm trying to explain the issue. There was never a hint of anything other than disgust to be talking with a patient, and this extends through almost the entire staff. I would figure they just can't find decent staff, but at what point do you just admit they don't care about who they hire, and feel your business is not as important as time they could be filing their nails, or gossiping behind the counter while you're waiting to just be acknowledged. I will never be using them again at this point, and hopefully you can avoid them as well. We deserve better service from pharmacies that know damn well they hold our lives in their hands.

this place is awful. I literally went on for the most routine thing ever.. a course of antibiotics. come to find out they forgot 25 percent of the medicine. How does this even happen????? I keep trying to call back no one answers I will be taking my business elsewhere.
