CVS pharmacy is the worst. They defend themselves saying how short staffed they are. Obviously CVS has created a workplace that no one wants to work in.

CVS-300 Powder Springs Rd Marietta, Ga My wife was treated so rudely at this address that we are transferring our business elsewhere. We have been doing business there for 23 years. In fact, the pharmacist said that if we were not happy, to get our meds at another pharmacy. So we are!

Always had to call into the store to get sent prescriptions filled. This wouldn't be so awful if the hold time was brief, but it is not. Usually had to wait upwards of an hour.

CBS as a pharmacy and their pharmacists suck raw ass. These people act like are doctors and have absolute zero care about people other than walking wallets. They can’t even supply a persons medications on time and have not a care in the world when they don’t have them In stock amd their Only reply is to say “try back tomorrow”. They pull the doctor card when it suits them and when it doesn’t they say”oh well”… what a bunch of POS morons walking around in lab coats who seem like their only talent is being able to count. They should all be fired and CVS should lock their doors. I will never go back and will never have a single Good thing to say about them. Please, save yourself the aggravation and don’t even bother using them. They are a joke and truly a bunch of brain dead morons

CVS is just horrible. I went there twice to pick up my daughter’s prescription and both times were out of stock. The solution was to check back on Monday. Walgreens is so much better! Customer service is better, faster and friendlier.

Worst pharmacy ever. I dislike tremendously getting anything at CVS

CVS as a business is a joke. They can't follow directions nor be efficient enough to fill prescriptions - life sustaining prescriptions- on a timely basis. They can't communicate: they do not respond to messages or answer the phone. I have been waiting since March 6 for 2 new prescriptions to be filled. I have messaged this company 2 times. I still do not have my prescriptions. If my insurance would pay for somewhere else I would go there.

I've been going to the Winchester Kentucky CVS for years but lately every time I order my pain meds it takes days for them to get it. I've had the same prescription for years looks like they could plan a little ahead with some one who gets the same thing every month.
