Why can't you give a no star??? I had moved my rxs from the W.Webb store because of lack of service then I have moved all my rx's away from CVS as absolutely no customer service... They don't answer phones, I have called from my home phone and left ringing and drove to store and heard Pharmacy call, then called on cell phone while there heard an additional call on line... had rx to drop off for new medication S.Church St, Burlington, NC waited at drop off counter for 15 mins, never even acknowledged. took new med to Walgreens helped immediately Now they keep refilling or trying to an old auto fill saying ready, but don't answer phone . Let them keep filling it, having filled elsewhere now. They expanding into other areas, I'd like to know why??? Can't even take care of rx customers....

I received an email coupon today that would not work, and when I called customer service I was treated rudely put on long holds and eventually hung up on. The system was difficult to use, and the choices to make on the automated system didn't allow you to actually make a choice. Instead it directed you to a random department that was of no use. If I could give a lower rating than one for how I was treated this morning, I would. The coupon would have been very nice, but I was just much rather spend full price at a store, and with a company that values me as a consumer.

What good is it if your doctor sends a prescription and it can't get filled for days or weeks?On top of it I've been to cvs on Queen Anne Road in Teaneck 3 days in a row. I was told the prescription would be ready yesterday at 2. I went today and, of course, it wasn't there. AS USUAL. Any small pharmacy is better than CVS. I won't need the prescription in 2 months when it arrives at CVS.

Wanted to purchase an item for pick up. Found the item (listed on line) at the Grand Ave., St. Paul store. Waited while they supposedly were retrieving it. 2 hours later I get a text, stating that they Actually DO NOT have the item. Found the item at the Fridley store 45mins away. Bring it home and the item expired almost a year ago. Call store. They can't give me my money back but will exchange. I asked them to check the item before I drive out there. 10 minutes on hold they come back to say all of their products of this type are expired. It was conveyed to me that a message would be left with a manager. Really? Then what?

Worse Service Ever!! I received an email informing me that my prescription was ready so I went to pick it up at CVS y Mas, in El Centro, Ca. I waited in line, and after a 20 minute wait, I was told that my prescription was not ready by a very rude employee (KRIS), and that I had to wait 15 minutes. I had a seat and after 23 minutes, I heard my name called by another employee in the back. I went up to Kris again, and I said I heard my name called for my prescription. She very rudely said “you have to wait your turn”, and I said but I had already waited line but my prescription wasn’t ready. She raised her voice and said get at the end of the line without even looking at me. So I got in line again, (and it was a long line), and after receiving my prescription, I asked to speak to the Manager and explained the situation to him, and he was very apologetic but he just handed me a phone number to call and complain. Both my husband and I will be transferring to another pharmacy. We are truly disappointed, as we have been dedicated customers for many years. People like Kris should not be working in a position where she is dealing with customers because she obviously does not like her job. Or perhaps Kris is a racist and figured she could get away with it being that I am an elderly Hispanic, who probably wouldn’t complain. CVS has just lost another two loyal customers!

My doctor called sent over my refill info on Thursday and when I called the following Saturday to check on the status I was shocked to find that they had not only not processed it but were unaware of it completely. To top it off it had to be ordered!!! I am now on my 3rd day without my meds and having withdraws. Lets pray they get it today or I just might lose my last happy thought!!!

There service sucks. I went drive thought cause I had the covid symptoms and they made me get down to order them. They took about an hour to process and to tell me to go pick up in the front. When I went they told me nothing was there. I went back to the pharmacy and they couldn't find them. Damm what a service. Go to Walmart they drive through them and don't take hours

The service totally sucks. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. I got to the window and they put a sign on the window saying it was closed for lunch. Not the first time I have had these type of issues with CVS. I hate the fact that I am forced to deal with a company that doesn’t care about their customers. BTW, stop calling me and asking if I want my prescriptions filled. I will let you know.
