Went to CVS on Hourly Road in Manassas VA and was assisted by Lily. She is wonderful and a great example of great customer service.

Thank you to the Pharmacy Team for going above and beyond! I received a refill message to pick-up, went to my local CVS to learn my prescription was in Napa! I had traveled last fall, forgot my prescription and had a seamless experience to get my prescription filled in Napa, thank you! At the Gloucester CVS, the girl mentioned my prescription was in Napa and when I asked what to do, she offered she would speak with the Pharmacist and switch it back. I was able to pick up the next day, was awesome! Thank you to the Pharmacy Team here in Gloucester who saved me a lot of time and I'm sure a lot less stress taking care of this for me. I truly appreciated the extra effort you made, you have no idea!

CVS is the best place for Seniors to shop for all products they offer. Sign up for the CVS rewards and make use of the weekly discount coupons that are sent via text message and email. CVS also rewards you with additional incentives. I am on a fixed income and have found that the additional incentives they provide toward the end of the month carry me through until my next paycheck! CVS is a lifesaver for me during my monthly challenging times.

Hello I went to the CVS 696-698 N Highway 67 last night and I went through the drive through. Jeremy the pharmacist assisted me. He was sooo kind, he went above and beyond to help me, his heart is so pure and he was patient . I want to give him 5 stars !!

I have CVS as my pharmacy of choice. I went to pick up my RX at the drive thru window and it was Mr. Ken who was there. He is always very courteous and professional. I went last year to take a Covid 19 test also, through the drive thru, and he was very patient in giving me the instructions because I was nervous. He is very efficient without making you feel rushed. When I see Mr. Ken, I know that I will get good service again.
