Nightmarish Pharmacy Technician training should be paying me at least 30 dollars a hour for all the aggravation I have to put up with. Just finished my 6th day of training at a CVS in CT and all I’ve done are modules on the computer nobody has any intention of hands on training me at all and I’ve been there for almost two weeks now. Oh but they say I’ll finally get the hands on training next week for two days before I have a 3 hour assessment it’ll take a lot longer then two days to be completely comfortable doing any type of assessment what a joke no wonder why there always hiring and have such a high turnover rate.

Terrible phone system. No way to actually talk to anyone about a prescription. Would not recommend!!

I visited the store# 07019 at 150 E 42 street. I was appalled that a store associate was unfamiliar with the weekly sale on “candy”. You see I never have a problem assessing and addressing concerns that affects the people. So I asked an associate if he knew anything related to the sale of candy which states, pay full price for one item and the second one is $1. The issue does not agree with me because the pictures do not match the sale. I believe that store managers and team leads need to level up and educate your staff on the weekly highlight sales. Primarily so that your customers understand. It is horrible to feel misunderstood and ignored. That gentleman did not extend his customer service. I think that your store provide poor customer service because they do not like people. Or like I hear often “I hate people” hate is an ugly word if you provide customer service. I report unprofessional acts of UNKINDNESS. I hope the managers are reading my review. I want to extend a warm thank you to the young lady that cashed me out. She showed me on the receipt that I have 4.21 extra bucks and a coupon for 20% off one full price. Let’s kill the INCIVILITY with a kind heart and a warm smile ladies and gentlemen. I am a regular as a PUBLIC SERVANT/ COMMUNITY RESIDENT ADVOCATE/ and a CIVILIAN that lives everyday as my LAST DAY. I come here because I thought I would get good customer service. El CVS 1177sw 8’st si vas a comprar cualquier medicamento y ya la farmacia cerro las cajeras se niegan en venderlo, por tu seguro , como es posible q eso pase en una farmacia ,como con tu TARGETA de seguro no vas a poder adquirir un medicamento si la farmacia esta cerrada ,acto seguido fui a otro CVS y el mismo medicamento con la misma TARGETA lo pude adquirir , por favor tengan cuidado con eso , es una farmacia no es una tienda comercial gracias

Worst company ever. I ordered from my local store for same-day delivery and they delivered it within a couple of hours. Later on I left the house and saw that my mailbox was leaning over. I looked at my ring footage and saw that it was the delivery driver who backed up and then hit it. I called the store who delivered it and they said I’d have to call Roadie. Actually at first they said DoorDash. I called Roadie and was told to contact cvs directly because they have to file the claim. I ended up having to call the 800 number and got the runaround. I was waiting to speak to a manager and suddenly I was on hold with Roadie!! Basically, that was their classy way of telling me they refuse to file a claim. Instead, while still on the phone with CVS, they offered me $5 off the order or to refund the order altogether. Which was like $30. While getting this repaired is going to easily cost $200. My local store is on Kings Highway in Haddon Heights, NJ.

CVS on Rockfish Rd, Raeford NC. Staff is rude not nice at all. They have this sign on screen in front that everyone has to sign on which is full of fingerprints and it is never cleaned. I moved closer to CVS. I was actually getting my prescriptions at Walmart and I had them transferred over to CVS but after dealing with them for about three or four months, I transferred all of them back to Walmart today,. They said that one of my medication‘s was not covered by my insurance and it actually was when I transferred it to Walmart. They filled it immediately. What is wrong with these people? Never again.

I came into the pharmacy located at 1002 Spring St. in Indiana, to get my prescription refilled on Tuesday. He said he could not refill it that I would have to come back at 9 o’clock in the evening because they are open 24 hours. I came back at 9:30 PM and they proceeded to tell me oh I have to wait until Wednesday. I said OK fill it and I will pick it up on Friday because I’m off from work due to the 4th of July holiday, I come back on Friday at 11:30 Am and he proceeds to tell me, You’re gonna have to wait until after my lunch break so come back at 2 o’clock. This was the pharmacist talking to me like this The same one who told me to come back on Tuesday night. The pharmacist is rude, unprofessional and lacking in people skills.

To reduce the necessity for more workers and to create less customer satisfaction the inclusion of the monitors in the check out counter was NOT practiced NOR does it work better for the customers. The fact that the monitor can only accept one person and LACKS the ability to put multiple family members in the system to get all THE MEDICATIONS AT ONE TIME and pay taxes for each individual person's medications is the dumbest system I have ever experienced. CVS was my go to place when they first opened, now they have the standards and customer satisfaction of Walgreen's which you CAN'T PAY ME TO EVER VISIT. Now some doctors in my current area have decided to NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH CVS. Thank you because I kept giving CVS chance after chance to return to the stellar customer experience I used to get. Now, I have to follow suit with the doctors of this area and move to another pharmacy because you have included a system that will allow me to wait in longer lines, waste more of my time and create more angst than I need in my life. Someone should have done a trial run on the monitor system but, what it says is we are moving away from caring about the customers and the service, we want to reduce the employees and gain as high a profit as we can. This company may want to connect to Walgreen's owners and start to partner because both of these places have lost so much customer base because of a LACK OF STRATEGIC, DATA DRIVEN DECISIONS.
