IF ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION THAT WOULD BE MY REVIEW. I Was on hold for over an hour and No one bothered to answer the phone from the pharmacy. I was here yesterday and told my prescription was not here. I spoke to the prescribing doctor and told it was called in and was here in fact yesterday. I was even given the exact time the doctor called in the prescription and that it was pharmacist confirmed. Once here today, and still on hold, I was informed that it would be an hour before the prescription would be filled. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!!!! STILL BLAMING COVID FOR THERE SHORT COMMINGS. NOT THE STAFFS FAULT, POOR MANAGEMENT AT BEST !!!

CVS in my town tries the best they can but the stores service has been declining. Now with the recent woke BS and the required use of pronouns crap amongst employees, I’ll be sure to do business elsewhere! Shame on you CVS, focus on people’s healthcare needs, not this stupid irrelevant work BS. Good bye

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE CORPORATION NOT THE INDIVIDUAL STORE. The CVS in Batavia NY has declined rapidly because of CORPORATE decisions. The pharmacy techs and Pharmacists are working their a____ off. You are short staffed and 12 days behind on filling Prescriptions. This is totally unacceptable! Now you have tuned off the phones to the Pharmacy? You have a voicemail set up to leave a message and it is FULL? What the hell CVS? What the hell? GET IT TOGETHER!

Super racist store store associate Juan is a dick my Girlfriend went to do a return basically and they said her ID WAS USED TO MANY TIMES WHEN IT NEVER WAS so then the associate was trying to say she couldn’t do it when she left the store, he proceeded to pull up an imaginary file saying that she stole stuff so I came back I used my ID he went, and he kept on rescanning my ID 6-7 Times and flag me in the system but when he’s going to the first time he was trying to do the REFUND, but he kept playing He decided to go and call the manager. And basically accuse me of shoplifting and my girlfriend for the same thing then we were trying to get to a resolution she was trying to say all we have cameras it will call the cops on you basically harassing us when we don’t do no such thing as that the manager is a disgusting and a real racist just because we actually go to the store every day we actually purchase items does not make us a thief so she kept threatening to call the cops because I am black

It is such a shame that CVS customer service does not help people of older age. My father went to CVS to get a covid test. They told him he had to get an appointment via online. He does not know how to do that. He asked them if they could help him and their response was we do not do that. I understood this"we don't help sick people even though we are a pharmacy and supposedly here for the people, the people that can use internet." Helping someone with internet and mobile phone things is not hard to do! Its literally helping him navigate how to get to "schedule an appointment", let him fill it out and then making sure he entered in all fields. I am not able to help my father 24/7. I have a job and school, I work normal hours and I am 17 hours away from him. It is the biggest disgrace to human kind to not help him or any other elder person whose having trouble creating an appointment. He is sick and not feeling well. Not every older person knows how to navigate online. I am shocked because I expect that treatment from walgreens but not CVS. Anyway, thanks for nothing CVS.

Cvs pharmacy in Deland Florida is consistently bad. I was in line for 30 minutes waiting to get up to the window to only be told that they are now closed... they should be allowing people that are left in line for that long to pick up their prescription. If it's not closed they don't have the drive thru open or they are short staffed or out of something ...customer service is bad.. they don't even answer the phone properly there. It's very disheartening in an already small town bursting at the seams with more and more people.. Publix pharmacy seems to be much more organized and pleasant. The only reason I stay at CVS is for the drive-through but honestly now it's never open anyway..

CVS in Target Abingdon MD. Most care First customers are FORCED to use this incompetent pharmacy . I have experienced many wrong prescriptions being filled or not ready when texted to pickup. Recently they have lost my prescription for meds I ran out of . I had to call and the only good thing was the person who answered was as helpful as possible . The doctr had to be called and they wanted to know the date i gave them the script. For now on i will need to take apicture of the script . Worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Used Walmart for years and never had one problem there.

Their incompetence knows no bounds. Insurance company used them for maintenance meds. No longer need maintenance meds. After years of CVS get my prescriptions wrong, not letting know when my prescription is ready or they don't have the medication in stock. There needs to be a way to give negative stars. The date of experience goes back years. Today's date of experience was the straw that broke the camel!
