I order online to be shipped and delivered to a home bond lady, The order was dropped off at a UPS drop off store, No email or text was sent, for 3 day I tried calling to find out where the order was, CVS didn’t know, UPS told me where the order was… VERY disappointed with CVS

CVS is the absolute worst pharmacy EVER and I will NEVER step foot in one again. They are rude, uncaring, and incompetent. They don’t acknowledge that prescriptions are received and then to find them CLOSED for lunch. What in the world!!! I can’t even express how much I hate this store. I despise CVS pharmacy!!! Very time I call the pharmacy without fail I’m on hold 15-25 minutes! If I have a Rx that is on back order then it doesn’t stay I their system to be filled when it’s available unless I call each week to ask for them to enter it again! Other pharmacies will let me know when the medicine is available not CVS! Because of their lousy, understaffed service I’ve left & never plan to return!

Horrible experience a corporate store who is not patients centric. Who closes for lunch, your in healthcare, cancelling all business & back to our local pharmacy!

The CVS on Leicester Highway Asheville N.C has to have the worst customer service anytime you talk to an employee there they’re so hateful and rude. I would not recommend this CVS to anyone.

The CVS website never works, no matter how many times I try to enter info. There is a disconnect between when my doctor calls in a prescription and CVS telling me they have no prescription for me. I have even called in renewals and get no response. What is going on???
