CVS is in my opinion borderline dangerous as a pharmacy. I take multiple medications daily for a serious illness. The pharmacy has lost renewals on my prescriptions, occasionally add back refills for medications that I have been switched away from using. They never answer phone calls to the pharmacy. When at the pharmacy there are signs all over about them being short staffed and they need our understanding. Hire people, answer calls, take time with patients who may have a question about their medications. None of these options are available at my CVS. Stop taking on new patients until you can handle what you have. Insurance companies sign up agreements with CVS but the level of care is dangerously low. I’m taking my chances and getting out of CVS for a local pharmacy that somehow wasn’t bought out by the big names yet.

My doctor wrote out two prescriptions. CVS filled one and never mentioned the other. After contacting my doctor's office I found out that he did put in for two prescriptions. I contacted CVS and they confirmed that they received two prescriptions but only filled one. Why not tell me that when they filled the first one instead of leaving it to me too figure it out?

I'm so disappointed about this CVS store, I have been getting my pills for several years, I'm this month of May, I pick it up as I do I was surprised it was only 20 pills and my prescription is for 120, when I called them, they said they took a picture of the refill and it looks like they gave me the 120 but it wasn't. It's a shame they do this kind of mistake. I don't need to lie about this! So upset about what happened.

The cvs on Roosevelt is absolutely the WORST place in key west to visit. The pharmacist named KEVIN needs to be fired. He was rude and violent towards me. He told me to take my business else where. I did. Permanently.

CVS 500 s 11st Lake Wales FL is a danger too one's Heath! Has taken it apon itself to re right your prescriptions! Same medication for 14 years with CVS and it not ever in stock my doctor sent the prescription in on the 9th and today is the 15th and still not in stock. I go though the same thing every mouth!!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever met and has told me many times to take my business elsewhere. We should join together and file a civil lawsuit against CVS!

Why does CVS have a drive-thru WHEN YOUR SITTING IN YOUR CAR WAITING FOR 30 DAMN MINUTES??? It should be for people to simply pull up to the window... get their presr.... PAY AND GO!!!!! NOT SITTING THERE WAITING FOR CVS TO "FILL" SOMEONES PRESCR.!!! IF ITS NOT READY TO BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP... THEN THEY SHOULD INSTRUCT THE CUSTOMER TO COME BACK LATER OR GO INSIDE!!!! THESE WAIT TIMES ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! 😡😡😡

One person working and 10 people on line which means 30 minutes on line. This is a very mismanaged pharmacy

Recently our insurance forced my wife and I, to go back to CVS. It is a nightmare, the reasons we left are still a problem. Poor customer service, never have the prescription ready, we constantly have to call and re-ask what the problem is, and we have to re-explain everytime. I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and my wife has glaucoma. Sometimes my wife and I go days without our meds. Our other pharmacy would just automatically look for coupons when prescriptions were outrageous. On top of all of this, they are so unfriendly and unhelpful. My wife cries sometimes. I pray to God we get to go back to our other pharmacy.
