CVS is the worst Pharmacy I been waiting 3days for my RX and when you call no one ever answer the phone. I was on hold for 30mins until I finally hung up. The Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional they really need to do a better job. The Manager of the store should be fired she has no business working in customer services. I couldn't imagine having to work under such a rude lady. I would give this location a zero Star if I could. I am going to try and reach my provider today and have them write me a new RX and have it transferred to another Pharmacy. I will no longer deal with CVS for any business.

CVS makes sure that you have the most trouble getting the medications that you need.

The CVS location on Clague Road in North Olmsted, Ohio has no patience for customers. 1. If you dare go to check out and don’t have your CVS card ready or worse…..ask them to look it up for you…their morning employees will get very upset with you. 2. The Pharmacy has no patience for the elderly. They will stand behind the counter and yell if someone is hard of hearing. They will tap and bang on the counters to get a customer’s attention. I have brought my concerns up to the store managers attention regarding these issues and they go in one ear and right out of the other. The manager can’t even stop stocking shelves to look at you while you are talking. One day…..they will all be elderly too. We will see how they like karma.

Worse pharmacy in the US. Unfortunately because of the healthy insurance I have to get my medication from them but I hope and pray they close for good and that wouldn't be soon enough. Rude and incompetent people. Only pharmacy in the US that closes 2 hours for lunch and closes at 6pm. Not even in a third world country.

CVS corporation has awful customer service. Everytime I need to speak with the pharmacist, I am on the phone for 5 to 10 minutes listening to the automated instructions, when I say i want to speak to the pharmacist I am either told to hang up or sent back through the phone tree. This is the worst customer service ever. I am totally satisfied with my pharmacist but CVS will not allow me to speak with her.

The store is dirty and unorganized. The self check out lanes are broken, there is not enough staff for the registers. Prices were cheeper at the local supermarket. The Aisles were crowded and cluttered. Walgreens is much better.

I have always loved cvs in Columbia Kentucky.i called today 5-19-23 to check on my prescription the pharmacist was one of the rudiest people I have ever experienced.so unprofessional hung up on my old man while he was asking a question.never again I will be in that one.🤔🤔

The enterprise Alabama cvs pharmacy advertised the pharmacy was open until 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday .we took toddler to dr on Saturday afternoon and went there to get scripts filled at 630 and was informed that the pharmacy had been closing at 5.drove by 2 pharmacy that were about to close to go to cvs just because they didn't close until 10. False advertising. Luckily the walmart pharmacy stayed open long enough to fill scripts for me .will never set go through the doors at cvs again.
