Be rude to the customer - cvs motto
I don’t know where it went wrong at Cvs, but about a year ago, we noticed a marked downturn in the respect afforded customers. I thought it was just my local store, but I just had the same thing happen in a whole other state. It’s almost like the corporate structure dictates being rude And uncaring to the customer. It’s almost uncanny how passive aggressive they are. And what’s with this closing for a half an hour every day while being super nasty about it? The store I was just in had15 employees behind the counter. You’re telling me None of them could’ve worked through the half hour? The whole Cvs experience is not geared toward the customer at all. Although by far the rudest in Davis Straits, Falmouth, Massachusetts Store, the same thing has occurred in Palm Harbor, Florida and Weaverville, California. It’s like in their training they tell you to disrespect those stupid customers. They just want us to do stuff for them.
