INCOMPETENT PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
My doctor left a voicemail for an urgent prescription to be filled at the CVS on Cortez Rd in Bradenton Florida. I never received a call or text from CVS to say my prescription was ready. I went to CVS and the person at the pharmacy counter said they never received a voicemail from the doctor. I called my doctor again and he left CVS another message for the prescription and verified he left it for the correct CVS address and phone number. It was too late for me to pickup the prescription at that point. I went back to CVS the next day and another person at the pharmacy counter said he will check the voicemails again from the past 2 days. And he did and came back and said he had the original voicemail that the doctor had sent the other day in the morning for the prescription. So therefore, the first person at the counter yesterday, who said that there were no voicemail, is incompetent and didn't care. I missed taking the prescription the previous day because of that, then I had to wait for the prescription to be ready when I was there the second time and it took more than a 1/2 hour and just when I was leaving CVS. I got a text to come back to say it was ready, so needless to say, this has been a terrible experience with CVS. I think that you need to train the people that work there to be better customer service people and be more concerned with taking care of the issues at hand. This issue will be posted on all social media sites. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH CVS!!
