This company is the worst in getting meds out. Do not waster your time here.

6 hours to fill a prescription while I paced the store for 4 of those hours. Not sure why these unprofessional, incompetent, glorified store clerks get off, but CVS is truly PATHETIC!

Yep... same as all other reviews. Horrible service. The actual worst. 90 minutes on the phone... still on hold. Anywhere is better than here. F on the BBB website. Complete ineptitude. Gross incompetence. Wow- an update... called "customer care" at corporate... they said to wait on hold... I called when they opened. Still on hold. 4 hours. Last update. Wow, just wow. DO NOT GO THERE. CVS... watch this... I am transferring my scripts to a competing pharmacy further away. I think you are that horrible... "horrible" that's being really nice. You will never get a penny from me again. Not that you actually care.

I am a frequent customer of this pharmacy!! My wife and I have been patronizing these stores for many years! But this is for all of the stores in the Daly City area and Peninsula. These so and so's will not let you use their restrooms!!! I'm 73, have a bad knee and it's always like pulling teeth!! I can understand when the pandemic was on and the rules then! Since then they have opened their bathrooms but still are making excuses. It's out of order. See the register. Go back to the pharmacy. It needs a pass code. Easy solution I'm not shopping here anymore. I'm a frequent reviewer. Please heed what I have said next stop mahagement Corp. and their also getting a copy! There's a lot of elderly people payng them their overpriced $ for Items. Very disappointing for not letting a Human Being use their facilities. Shame on you CVS!

Automatic teller, said the prescription was ready drove to CVS. Waited in line, got up with the associate, and surprise it wasn’t ready and it would be at least another hour mind you I waited an extra half hour after the time they said it was ready to go there staffer gives me the line “we are short staffed” and I said you should update your automatic teller so that people don’t come here if the scripts aren’t ready, that would be the correct thing to do. She just gives me a stupid look I was wondering which category CVS proudly puts this business practice under? Hmmm convenience? value? or service? for this usual awful experience you get whenever you go there. I told my son not to put his prescriptions at CVS cause theyprobably will be some kind of issue like always but he did anyway and so here I am to let you know what you have to look forward to if you use them. CVS is a two thumbs down!! Go somewhere else

This is 100 % ,garbage 💩 customer service !! 🖕🖕🖕 Today is my 3rd day calling CVS at 1688 Westchester Ave BRONX N.Y NOBODY picks up the MOTHER lousy PHONE !! I left a 3 messages in the BULL Lousy APP about putting my medication under WORKERS COMPENSATION !! !! NOBODY PICKS UP PHONE !! GO TO WALGREENS ! CVS !! CVS.!!💩 CVS !! 💩 CVS !! 💩CVS !!💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩I started calling on CVS ON 7/3/23. Today is 7/6/23. Im still trying to get through ???😠😡 This os for my PTSD. Meds & CVS makes you CRAZY !! CVS !!💩💩💩💩💩💩

CVS pharmacy drive through closed on me while I was sitting in line. I was there before closing but I guess I didn’t get to the window on time. They served the car in front of me and when they left I pulled up and got the old “I’m sorry the pharmacy is closed..,” message. I know they saw me they have a mirror. Even the grocery store will let you check out after closing. Really poor service. If it would let me give zero stars I would.

Someone please tell this pharmacy manger of the CVS in Green Valley Henderson NV that they need help!! They are inundated with customers, which makes their customer service extremely bad. The worst CVS I’ve experienced here in Vegas. They won’t (can’t) answer any calls and are never helpful with hours which have changed often. Please get some help or learn how to have customer service for you local people that give you business.
