I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. All they know how to do is pile on complication after complication, wasting your time and patience and not doing their job. CVS Pharmacy needs to be dismantled and purged from the earth.

Their pharmacy sucks. Every month when picking up my scripts I was asked "would you like us to have these ready for you next month?" Guess what? Every month they never had them ready but would repeat the bs line; I started using Walgreens after they shorted me on one of my meds, charged my insurance for the usual entire amount and when I went to pick up the additional, missing meds, they charged me for them. I found a customer service complaint email, sent my complaint, only to be returned 'undeliverable'. If you follow the contact information through their system, only a postal address is given. Excuse me, my Grandma doesn't even mail things that way anymore. It's intentional though. In this day and age next to no one is going to take the time to snail mail anything and they know that.

Horrible place. They repeatedly violated HIPPA when they’ve allowed my ex-husband’s wife to continue to get access to my pharmaceutical records. They can’t ever seem to fill a script in a timely manner. It takes days to fill a simple script. They mess up scripts with the wrong name on the meds. The pharmacists we have encountered at different locations in the US are always rude to patrons (their assistants have been hard working and nice to patrons). My job wanted us to use CVS, but I will never use CVS pharmacy again.

My doctor prescribed needed Testosterone for me 2 years ago. I chose CVS as my pharmacy. CVS kept saying my prescription was too soon and I'd gave to wait 2-3 weeks to get it! They made up rules that weren't true, my doctor suggested I switch pharmacies. The lack of Testosterone was making me so tired and depressed. I switched to Costco and my problems disappeared. CVS pharmacy assumed me to be transgender. When I used to buy there, they would yell, "TESTOSTERONE!" when it was my turn! I asked they didn't yell out what the guy in front of me bought.

Was told by the CVS pharmacy it would be at least an hour before my prescription would be ready. They had at least 7 people working behind the pharmacy counter. I was the only person at the pharmacy counter and there was only one other customer shopping in the store. I called the Dr. Office and had the prescription sent to a neighboring pharmacy. My medicine was at the counter before I could drive the 5 minutes to get there. Shame on Gardendale AL CVS.

I am a care pass member so thought I could get same day delivery only to be told that my ins would not pay for it that would have been ok so I asked why cant I pay for it an then pay for delivery you cant do that because then you cant use your ins. you must pay full price I needed it right away my dr. sent it in an I had no way to get it so I had to wait till my daughter got off at 8pm an hope she makes it

RE: CVS Pharmacy 6344 Stenton Ave. Phila. Pa Needed medication that was called in by my doctors two times. My husband went to store 3 times after no response to phone. Finally, my doctor gave my husband his cell to give to Pharmacy for them to call him. Once call was made my husband waited 30 minutes before asking status. He was told that they were out of the medicine and would not receive it for 4 days!!!! (This is my second experience with this store not having medication.) It was 7:45pm and he had no time to go to another CVS nor did they offer to transfer the order. On his earlier visit today he witnessed 3 other irate customers who were complaining about poor service! I am going to Walgreens even though CVS is my neighborhood pharmacy!
