I have been with CVS for more than 15 years. I move to Florida almost three years now and CVS is nothing but a living nightmare. I have had nothing but problems with meds, app, and the professionalism of the pharmacy staff. I truly feel so unwelcome and like I am a nuisance to them. I never complain or ask for very much and I understand that they are busy but there is no excuse for the aggravation get worse. After the prescription I have to wait on for tomorrow I am done. I am transferring everything somewhere else, it surely could get any worse. I am a heart patient with some other issues and it is not worth the upset I feel. To have an issue occasionally is understandable but every month it something. I am afraid to even talk to them in person or the phone because u feel as if u are a peon if in person and talk to you as if u are a loser. I cannot handle it anymore. Please do not count the date because this has been going on for the last year. Don’t get me wrong you do have a few pharmacy employees that are great. But more awful than good what a shame. Let me add I never write reviews, but it was time after the last two dealings it is just getting worse.

What didn't go right would be the easier question to answer. From the staff only smiling once in 2plus year of going there to never having products after, getting texts saying they did. To not being able to supply meds for a trip out of the country for 45 days. CVS is a joke Walgreens & Rite aid are light years ahead in all ways.

I'm done everyone knows it's bad, but I waited in line this morning with several other elderly women. They didn't open,finally I searched for someone and they said they were trying to get a hold to see if a pharmacist was coming in. No one had the decency to even tell us standing in line. Pennsylvania, switching to Weis markets or rite aid. This has been going on for years, but the past year has gotten so terrible.

My local CVS has the worst customer service I have ever had at any store if any kind. Takes several days to get a prescription filled. Always a long line (everybody in line is complaining about the service at the pharmacy), drive thru closed most of the time. Can’t even get thru on the phone most of the time no matter how long you wait. I have changed to Publix pharmacy and it has been a very pleasant experience compared to CVS. I don’t blame the people working there. The problem is they do not have near enough help.

Never Again! One day before surgery - Late afternoon they sell me my prescription. Just before leaving the store I go back and say there's another prescription as well. THEN she tells me they don't have it. Didn't tell me when first at the window. No apology. No one apologized. Met for consultation and then told they are out of the ESSENTIAL drug. Still no apology and told to visit a different company.

Service at CVS has plunged from "average" maybe five years ago to totally abysmal today. Just waited on the phone 1 hr 3 min before giving up and dialing back; and up to half an hour on the second attempt. It takes multiple attempts on their phone tree to just get in line. More excuses than Carter's has pills. I would be gone in a heartbeat but my wife's employer has Caremark and nobody else works with them.

I will never go back to CVS Pharmacy after a couple years of going to them. I put up with their mis management their app that is often incorrect… running out of medication(which is a big deal for me) .. and I’m just done! No one knows what’s going on & and frankly they don’t care. It’s just a 9 to 5 job!! I don’t know if this is all CVS pharmacy stores ….but specifically the one in Palos Verdes CA is a nightmare! There is no personal attention, and each time I go there I have to correct the $ amount because they either don’t add my insurance or the savings card! So it’s basically wrong every time! (this involves going back to the drop off line And then back again to the pick up line) sometimes an hour long process! I do not have good insurance, so it is a struggle trying to get my medication at a reasonable price! However, I am now going to a family owned pharmacy that charges more. However, the stress of CVS is not worth the $25 in savings!

I’ve had enough of CVS not having meds that I need. This has been happening for a long time. Years! I told them last time that I was changing pharmacies, and they said okay. It happened again yesterday. I talked with doc Thursday, bc I knew the weekend was coming. I apologized for hassling him but I needed him to send rx before CVS could screw up my rx. Guess what, they won’t have my meds until Monday. This is it. I’m sure nobody sees theses messages. I’m so mad!!! And they even call me bc they want to know if I want to refill something, I say no I already have a full bottle or 2 bottles. They want the money. If I go to the dr and they send rx to CVS, and they fill it! Without checking their computer to see that I either just filled or have refills left on that rx. Im done! Anybody having trouble with CVS CHANGE PHARMACIES now, it only gets worse!
