I was with my 93 yr. old friend. We stopped at CVS in Broadheadsville PA to pick up her script. She could not express clearly what she needed and I didn't know. Well, the Lady was nasty! All she had to do was look her up and find her script. She got so nasty with us. I did not get her name. I never encountered a representative this nasty.

Where to start? The website and apps (plural): Tedious, disorganized and definitely not customer friendly. You must download 2 apps if you use both store and mail prescription services. Consequently, you must repeatedly provide the same laundry list of personal & medical info minimum if 3X total and twice online, even though you already provided it to your local store and had to wait while they typed it all in. The dual apps increase risks of the info becoming compromised and invites errors and omissions. Then, you must make an appointment to get vaccines in-store and if you need to change date/time you are required to once again access the CVS app and provide your info again, before it ever gives you the option to do anything (they don't answer the phone I've tried) Next, more personal:CVS Specialty didn't tell me that over $900 remained on deductible for a prescription that's a 3 month series treatment (can't take less) & I was told by CVS-S rep when I provided deductible coverage in the amount of $5,448 that this more than covered the deductible. When did they Finally tell me there's $900+ left? 7 days before I had to have last 28 days. Who can come up with $900 in a week? I could have managed it, tough, but would have put back $320/ea of the 1st 2 months if I had been told. Consequently, I wasn't able to complete my treatment. I ceased patronizing CVS in 2011, but my new medication insurance Makes me use them. I'm looking for a new provider when I can change plans 10/1/23.

If you are having trouble because the new Safeway Patient Portal doesn't work. Please do not try and transfer any of your prescriptions into CVS. CVS is rude, does not tell the truth and intimidating.

Fix it or I will switch to walgreens.

I’m done with this pharmacy. Totally incompetent staff in Prospect, Connecticut. I would give it no stars if I could.

I had surgery on August 2. My prescription for oxycodone and antibiotics was sent to the CVS at 1251 Nostrand Ave., Brooklyn, NY. When my daughter went to uplift it, she was told that she would have to return on the 4th to get the oxycodone since it was not immediately available. It was not available on the 4th. On the 7th, I received a message saying it was on order and will receive a text when it was ready. I kept following up and got severing recordings that it was in process. After several days I called the pharmacy and was told that it was on order but should be received that Friday (08/11). I heard nothing after and decided to call today. I spoke to one individual who told me to hold then another pharmacist came on the line, rudely said, "Our system is down. Call us back in half an hour" and hung up. I called back after half-hour as directed. Someone came on the phone, said, 'CVS Pharmacy", and immediately hung up. I simply cannot believe my experience and couldn't help wondering what has become of my oxycodone.

CVS 174 Main Street Peabody MA 01960. I got confirmation my prescription was being filled. pharmacy got the runaround that my prescription was not in. Even though I got written confirmation it was sent in from dr. And confirmation from CVS themselves that it was in process. Missed 4 doses do to their error. Call 6 times only to be placed on hold. One time phone was placed off the hook. WHAT, pharmacy team picks up phone and places it on counter. 45 minutes later still no one came to the phone. I can here everything going on. Called to talk to store manager only to be disconnected twice. With no resolution. Filed a complaint with headquarters. They contacted the store to be told 3-4 hours to get a prescription Highly dangerous to go without. Now what? Pain is excruciating, feel like I’m going to die. Do I go to the hospital???

Today my wife picked up the 7 prescriptions from our Warsaw Indiana CVS Due to a mistake at the doctor's office my Diabetic tester had not been updated so the test Strips they filled were the wrong ones furthermore the ones they filled were not covered by my insurance, so they billed my wife 43$ and change for them. Not knowing my wife paid it thinking I had to have them. When she returned home, I was putting things away and discoverd the mix up and told her I would go take the wrong ones back and get out money back THIS is where things went from a simple mistake to a poor choice by CVS. At the store I explained what had happened and the clerk was about to refund my money when the Pharmacist asked what she was doing, she explained it and the pharmacist said, "No this was not our mistake we cannot refund the money for this!" she then turns to me and says, "This is what your doctor ordered so I'm sorry you can buy a new tester if You'd like one to use with these Strips." I said, " No thank you I am not giving you anymore of my money" Now I don't know if this is a Company Policy or Just a bad Manger but the right thing to do would have been to take the Unopened strips put them back on the shelf and give me my money back and hope that in the future I would return and spend my money with them. Here is what will happen now. In the very near future the company I work for will be closing. I Will be forced to change to my wife's Insurance who DOES let me choose my pharmacy. IT WILL NOT BE, CVS Nor will I ever recommend CVS to anyone I know.
