There’s always a line, there’s always an error, and refilling a prescription is an (unpaid) part-time job. Everyone who works there is miserable, and their top management is overpaid, overstuffed, and has nothing but hated and countrified their employees and customers.

BEWARE! They've now contracted some knockoff, no doubt cheaper for them, delivery app called Roadie to deliver your refills. When your refill doesn't arrive, but the delivery person lies or delivers it to god knows where, CVS will tell you to contact Roadie even though you've never even heard of Roadie and ordered your refill from the CVS site. I've got to find a new pharmacy. CVS truly sucks.

The Riverdale, Utah location isn't very busy. That's because they are a group that moves at tectonic speed. I would say glacial, but that's way to fast. Oakley provided the worst costumer service with an attitude that would stymie the most efficient store.

Absolutely horrible CVS at 2607 Carolina Beach road Wilmington NC 28412 talk down to you they don't answer the phone. The pharmacy employees are so rude disrespectful and have no customers service as far as I can tell. It's a shame.

Posting here since no response locally. Las Vegas pharmacist Kris Carvalho needs replaced (store 8807). My prescription was sent to pharmacy shortly after 12:30pm visit - confirmed with my doctor that they sent the prescription within 10 minutes of the end of my visit. When I arrived at 4:45pm - I was told by a technician - “that was just sent over, it’s not ready.” Excuse me?? Just sent over? I called my doctor office back and confirmed, no - it wasn’t sat on for 4hrs and then sent over - it was sent to CVS 8807 within 10 mins of 12:30pm. So Pharmacist Kris Carvalho trains his employees to lie to customers who need medicine and say the prescription just came through, rather than admit his leadership is incapable of turning prescriptions around in a timely manner. Then I leave, and come back 20 mins before closing… my prescription is still not ready. (They were going to let me just wait until tomorrow, with my medical issues and discomforts) So yeah - CVS 8807 is less concerned about our health and medicinal needs - and more concerned with managing the situation with KRIS still at the wheel and people not getting medicine in a timely manner. Hi Kris! Told you I would tell whoever I needed to….

Re: 21201 E Ocotillo Rd, Queen Creek AZ. My dog just got out of surgery and CVS wouldn’t fill her pain meds bc the instructions for me said to split the 100 mg capsule in half and administer 50 mgs. The person refused to fill it saying that’s not legal you can’t cut a capsule in half, It’s not possible, they need to say tablet. I asked her repeatedly about it and if there was anything that could be done as my dog couldn’t go without pain meds and the vet was now closed … she said no. So I scrambled and found a friend with meds to get her by until I spoke with the vet. The vet was appalled. Fry’s Pharmacy filled the prescription with the exact same wording - CVS pharmacy wouldn’t fill. I’ll be letting everyone know about this.

The CVS 24 hour pharmacy at Soledad Rd in Santa Clarita first told me that it would not honor a prescription for Zyrtec D, then I was told that they have to order it and would take a week for an over the counter medicine??? Horrible contracted pharmacy

CVS pharmacy on 76th and Oklahoma in Milwaukee does not even deserve a one star rating. Their pharmacy service has continually declined over the past three years. Medications are frequently out-of-stock; prescriptions show they are in process even when they are not in stock, and one does not receive any notification of this. Prescriptions are declared ready for pick-up even when they haven't been processed; no medication in stock and no idea when they will ever be available; again, a huge breakdown in communication. My husband and I, and our son are transferring all our prescriptions to Walmart. They have come through every time CVS has been unable to.
