CVS's new AI system is awful. Going round and round with AI is infuriating. I was trying to refill a refillable prescription & their dumb AI kept ignoring my requests. Rather than pause after option, AI went on and on and on and on and on and on offering other options. I will be switching pharmacies.

My CVS Pharmacy, refills prescriptions without my authorization. They put me on automated refills that I never requested or authorized and then refill my prescriptions that I order through a competing, online pharmacy. They were able to get me to take a recent refill that I had ordered through the online pharmacy but had not yet arrived by being deceitful. When I asked if they were working with the online pharmacy I used they did not say yes, but they didn't say no. The truthful answer is no, they are not and they knew that. Of course once I left their store they could not take the prescription back so I am now left spending hours making phone calls and filing complaints to resolve this matter so my insurance company gets in insurance reversal.

Cashier Jo-Jo was extremely rude to me to the point of accusing me of having an attitude. Really? I said good morning to her and she didn't answer. I said it again a little louder and still no answer. My purchase came to $71.00 so I asked if ahe would mind if I check my phone app for discounts? Glad I did, I saved $21.00! I mentioned that it was great that I saved, and still no answer. So I asked to speak to the store manager, (Michelle) who only defended her rude behavior. This is what you can expect, when you hire a sarcastic "kid" as your store manager. What a shame for CVS!

Cvs on Prairie Avenue in Beloit Wisconsin is so rude. I am in line outside behind one car at 1:27 PM. Took the first car two minutes to get through and they closed the window on me to sit here and make me wait a half hour so they can have lunch. They. knew I was in line but still just shut the window now I’m sitting here for 30 minutes

Called CVS at 301 Thomas Street, Lake City ,SC and talked to a manager on duty. Asked about a product I know that they have in the store and she refused to go check on it for me. Her name was Mary. I was very disappointed in her response. She shouldn’t be working in a Drug Store. Where is the customer service?

Your auto phone prompts sucks. Use a real person.

I will not use the ups ground drop off anymore. I went in and a Hispanic girl couldn't get the ups scanner to work. I started taking g the tape off and then tells me that if she couldn't get it to scan I'd have to get a different label. I told her that's not what I was told. She paged her manager up front and she scanned it and rushed me in retaping my package, the manager was rushing me to get it taped back up, so I told her to add tape and she grabs my package and says, " nope we don't do anything with it, we are not allowed". To simply add tape????? Your staff is rude and I will not even shop there anymore. Norfolk NE

My wife and I have repeatedly tried to use the phone system at CVS pharmacy with absolutely no luck whatsoever. The system is positively horse shit if there ever was one. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs if possible.
