Custom Truck One SourceReviews of customtruck.com

When our one and only chip truck took a fatal blow.. We needed a chip truck asap. Custom truck one source made it happen. They quickly located and got us out one in less then a week. Thanks Chris and Gary.

Great service. No nonsense straight up deals

My experience started of great. Paul Beck my salesperson, replied back to me and answered all my questions and stayed in touch. We worked up a deal, I paid the agreed upon price. I elected to fly to Ft Worth and pick up the truck at your location there. Due to Covid 19 restrictions I had to do the transactions outside, no problem. The problem is I had called the day ahead of time to make sure the truck was ready for my arrival. Upon arriving I called and signed the paperwork, the truck was brought around for my inspection. The truck was very dirty including the inside and windshield, additionally I only had36 miles till I would of ran out of fuel. knowing I was driving across country, and paying $126,500.00 I would of thought it would of been fueled and cleaned so I could see out of the windshield. Additionally I had requested someone be able to give me a lesson on the use or operation of the truck since I was not familiar with Versalifts trucks. I was showed how to turn on the PTO switch and that was about it. Person was not familiar with haw to operate the Inverter, and I was told to read the Manual. I asked about a high whining sound coming from under the truck, and was told that is the 10 speed transmission sound and was normal and it would take time to get use to. I was then given direction to nearest Gas Station. I finished checking out truck, tire pressure lights and getting familiar with the inside and left. Over the past 25 years with Kent Sign Co., I have bought numerous trucks from around the country. I have never received one as dirty as this one or unfueled. Additionally we have always been given a quick demo on the operation of each and every truck. Sales was great, the delivering was sub standard.

Fantastic group of guys to work with. Tommy Simms will always get my business

Awesome experience with custom truck one source. There inventory is amazing and always has the best price . My salesman Joe V. did a great job on both of my transactions.

Had exactly what I needed

All and All My Experience With Custom One was Very Good! Any of Employees at the facility went over and Above to take care of our Needs And Questions / and Purchasing Needs. However our Salesman Joe Boatright has to many Smart remarks and was not Very Pleasant to deal with and I think if and when I do it again I would choose someone different.

Custom Truck was vigilant and responsive during the sales process. They followed up with emails, phone calls and text messages. The communication fell apart after the sale was completed and we were awaiting delivery of the truck. We had conversation about the expected delivery date a week before the date, days before the date, even the day before the date. The day of the delivery, it was very difficult to get a clear answer out of the salesman, Matt Mayoros. His proactive approach to the sales process changed to a disappointing, reactive state of mind. He blamed everyone else for the delay of the truck delivery. Unfortunately, we had to fly a driver to Denver just to ensure we would receive the truck, period. Communication is key!! We haven't received a single apology for the inconvenience or personal visit from the salesman regarding this issue. I would never purchase another truck from Custom Truck unless something drastically changes in the future.
