Our bid process took an unusually long time from past experiences with ted at Cranewoks/Rentalworks. It was also wrong due to LoadKings calculations more than once. Final numbers also were wrong prior to wire transfer. In all the process was very disconnected from the past. I deal with them quite often, and I am to assume this was due to them brokering the deal and Custom being new to the process. We pick the truck up Monday, so hopefully all goes well. Thanks for assistance.

Custom Truck One Source has been great
Custom Truck One Source has been great. With the help of salesman Jay Bornstein we were able to build our own version of the perfect bucket truck for our needs right down to the smallest details. I highly recommend doing business with these guys if your serious about trucks.
