Jackie was wonderful through the whole process and was very accommodating with all our questions. Our honeymoon was perfect down to every last detail because of her!! I couldn't imagine how we could have planned this any better ourselves!

Just got back from our trip to Bora Bora and could not rave about the trip and Custom Tahiti Travel any more. They were so easy to deal with and the trip was so amazing. The things Jackie described were exactly as she said (reservations, pick ups, transfers, connections, etc) and when we had issues (Air France went on strike in Tahiti) they went out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend Custom Tahiti Travel to anyone.

In the end, everything turned out great! Was nice to have all of our hotels, breakfasts, transfers and inter-island flights all sorted and organised for us - we had an amazing holiday! We did plan our holiday in advance (as it was for our wedding!) and it would have been nice if the travel agent was more helpful with the others who were in our party. We gave them our agents name, who had said he could help organise their travel as well, and everyone decided to go with someone else/another agency as he was not helpful at all, didn't respond to emails etc. Strange as it would have made them more money... apart from that, dealing with Custom Tahiti Travel was a good experience but nothing outstanding.

Naturally, we are sorry to hear that you didn’t feel the level of service for your wedding guests was sufficient. We strive to provide all of our clients with superior service by responding as quickly as possible to all emails, as well as by making ourselves available for calls whenever clients have questions. We have reviewed your file, and we are only showing that two of your wedding guests contacted us for travel planning assistance – one in July and another in August. The guest who contacted us in August booked her trip with Custom Tahiti Travel shortly after we first spoke with her. We sent the other guest some different package options, however she never got back to us about booking anything. She told us that she had already arranged her flights and most accommodations on her own, so maybe she was able to find two nights in Tahiti at the start of the trip on her own as well. For any other guests that tried to contact us, we are very sorry we did not have the opportunity to work with them. Based on your feedback, we are double-checking our systems to make sure all inquiries are getting to our destination specialist for prompt replies. Again, we truly appreciate your comment. Jackie was our agent and she was amazing from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough for putting everything together. We visited Bora Bora, Tahiti and Mo’orea and she was amazing at booking all of the flights/ferries and transfers to and from. Everything was flawless and we will be going back and using Jackie and her team again!

We have never used an travel agent/company prior to this trip and were somewhat concerned about what to expect. I can say this trip went off completely as advertised with no surprises or disappointments and clear directions. We received great information prior to leaving and every detail was as expected. As such, we were able to completely enjoy this unbelievable holiday! Thank you

We just got back from our dream honeymoon in Moorea & Bora Bora! Jackie made our dream come true! Everything about the trip was fantastic! Her suggestion of doing two islands was spot on! And it was so nice not having to worry about how we were getting where. Everything was done for us! And not to mention the extras we received champagne, wine, a excusraikn! Thank you Jackie and Custom tahiti Travel! We will definitely be using y’all in the future!
