Hi Miranda and Nadim, We hope your wedding on Moorea was amazing and the honeymoon in Bora Bora was all that you anticipated! We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Naturally, we are sorry to hear that you didn’t feel the level of service for your wedding guests was sufficient. We strive to provide all of our clients with superior service by responding as quickly as possible to all emails, as well as by making ourselves available for calls whenever clients have questions. We have reviewed your file, and we are only showing that two of your wedding guests contacted us for travel planning assistance – one in July and another in August. The guest who contacted us in August booked her trip with Custom Tahiti Travel shortly after we first spoke with her. We sent the other guest some different package options, however she never got back to us about booking anything. She told us that she had already arranged her flights and most accommodations on her own, so maybe she was able to find two nights in Tahiti at the start of the trip on her own as well. For any other guests that tried to contact us, we are very sorry we did not have the opportunity to work with them. Based on your feedback, we are double-checking our systems to make sure all inquiries are getting to our destination specialist for prompt replies. Again, we truly appreciate your comment. Naturally, we are sorry to hear that you didn’t feel the level of service you received was personalized to your wedding and honeymoon trip. We strive to provide our clients with superior service by responding as quickly as possible to questions and emails, and also by making ourselves available for calls whenever clients have questions. We are sorry that the hotel’s updates to the boat shuttle schedule caused some last minute confusion with your transfer. We’ve issued a refund to you for the cost of the transfer which you should receive very soon. We always do our best to try to secure preferred room/bungalow locations. However, since the hotel policy won’t allow for locations to be confirmed in advance, this was, unfortunately, out of our hands and solely at the discretion of the hotel. Again, we appreciate your comments – this information is helpful for us to improve experiences for future travelers.
