Instead of going through the self-serve design process on the website, we just described the socks we wanted in words and the staff sent us a mockup. Had no idea how to use the website, but they got us a mockup we liked in good time, and in the end we were very happy with the socks!

I was looking for a custom sock company online that would let me do a custom design. The website was very easy to use, and the customer service was great. It did take a while for my socks to be shipped, BUT I did place the order close to the holidays. I will definitely order from Custom Sock Shop again.

I was maybe the worst customer ever, unresponsive to emails which delayed the process but still they communicated well kept the process moving by sending over several mock-ups for me to choose from. It was just what I needed, I just said hey the 3rd one is great. They sent the order form right over and I let them know I really wanted these by Christmas. Two weeks later my order was at my door. Blown away. A+ team. A+ service.
