The threading is starting to come out after the 2nd wash.

Very high quality socks with almost the exact intended color and design. Only thing is the sizing- way too big! The sizing chart was misleading, making it seem as though size small was a youth size, so we ordered mediums for a high school girls’ sport team and they are much too large.

I was charged 20 for shipping and it didn't show the shipping cost or the fact that if I would have added to my order to go over $200, I would have saved that cost. I'm not happy about that at all as it raises the average cost per item. The logos and mock up process with this site are really poor and the response time for logo/customization has been poor. What I'm hoping for is that the product will actually be high quality and someone that knows what they are doing assists us with customization in the future.

Your customer service is AMAZING.....Everyone on the phone helping me with the order was absolutely phenomenal, couldn't be happier. We loved the sock when we received it, it was exactly as described and as we'd hoped. BUT, after 2-3 washes, the logo is BADLY fraying and looks terrible. Incredibly disappointing that many of the pairs are pretty much unwearable already. We did purchase the high end high quality sock too.....

While I am happy with the product and quality of said product that is offered from Custom Sock Shop, I am unhappy with the lack of communication/inconsistent communication that they provide. I have gone weeks with no updates or emails from the reps there, and that is frustrating when you have a deadline.

product is nice... took a long time to get the design set up and processed.

The crew socks were too long for all sizes and went almost to the knee. However, the design on it was great with good material.

Service was friendly, but was surprised how long it took to get product. it was about 2 weeks before it was shipped out
