These socks are for tiny, skinny, longer than normal legs. They only fit petite people. My husband has 16 1/2 inch calf at it's girth and he barely got the sock pulled up, it's stretched to distortion and uncomfortable. The custom pattern looks great as long as its not on a leg.

It would have been fine but then they emailed me after getting it all done and handled and told me it would be a month until we would get our order because we were a smaller order. I didn't cancel it because I will make it work with my sales team but it sucks because I would have liked to have given them their gift when we did our meeting. At any rate, it is what it is I guess.

Everyone from this shop were great to work with an communication was wonderful, however when I placed the order I expressed this was for a YOUTH non profit organization and was assured the sizing of the socks would fit. After spending our small budget on socks they were received and even after washing do not fit my 6 year old who the organization backs. I let them know they were not what I was promised when it comes to sizing and was offered other types, which there again do not meet sizing I need. The quality was thick and good, but sizing is terrible. You should not be able to sell as youth sizing or should refund if you can not meet ones accommodations.

Customer service was great but I felt that based on the description of the sock it would be a dress sock as advertised. The finished product was a sport type sock and can’t be worn with dress pants. Just being honest and as I said the customer service was spot on. Thanks, Chris

The sock you ordered was indeed an athletic sock as the Elite Knee high socks are athletic. The description on that page reads: From football to softball to weightlifting, Elite custom knee high socks are sure to do the trick.You have full customization control to design your custom knee high socks with your team name, colors and/or logo woven right in—you can even add stripes! Hopefully next time we can get you into the dress socks that are made from combed cotton and are made to be worn with dress pants and shoes. Sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding. They took their time getting the order to me. The socks weren’t here in time for the race. They tried to blame me because they sent a question asking what sport it was for. That had nothing to do with the socks. So basically, I paid 288 dollars for socks that didn’t mean anything at the race. They were meant to honor one of our colleagues who had a nephew die from cancer. When I tried to explain this to the lady on the phone she couldn’t have cared less. Socks were ok. Average.

I ordered a pair of sample socks as I'm working with a company looking to add a retail item or two. I was disappointed I actually had to pay for a sample. Then, I was further disappointed when the sample I was sent featured discolorations and shoddy stitching and logo work. I guess the benefit here is I know who NOT to use when we order product later this year.

Hello James, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry but we do have to charge for samples due to high costs of shipping. We get many requests for that and if we did not charge the price of our socks would have to be increased. If a customer has their own FedEx of UPS account number we do not charge for the sample. As for the sample you received, I would like to know/see what you meant by discoloration or shoddy stitching as everything we do is woven in and not printed on.
