Customer service was great but I felt…
Customer service was great but I felt that based on the description of the sock it would be a dress sock as advertised. The finished product was a sport type sock and can’t be worn with dress pants. Just being honest and as I said the customer service was spot on. Thanks, Chris

Hi Christopher, Thank you for your feedback. We wish we knew you wanted a dress sock as we do make those now. The sock you ordered was indeed an athletic sock as the Elite Knee high socks are athletic. The description on that page reads: From football to softball to weightlifting, Elite custom knee high socks are sure to do the trick. You have full customization control to design your custom knee high socks with your team name, colors and/or logo woven right in—you can even add stripes! Hopefully next time we can get you into the dress socks that are made from combed cotton and are made to be worn with dress pants and shoes. Sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding. Thank you, Jason

Great Customer Service
Great quality socks! We placed an order, and received it within the quoted lead/ship time, but with a typo. After contacting the company about this, they acted quickly to fix the mistake. They shipped out a new batch in record time and we were able to receive them JUST in time for our event. Great customer service, great quality!

These socks are amazing
These socks are amazing! Not only did I get a custom design, but they are durable for my softball player who always gets holes in her socks...not these socks though!!
