The product was not as shown!
In the picture of the product. It shows a golf ball sitting on top of the tee. The plaque you sent will not support a ball on the tee as the arms of the holder are too short. I bought this specific plaque as I want to not only commerate my only hole-in-one after 31 years of playing golf, but also the ball I used to do it! What a waste of money!

Sign was incorrect and customer service is awful as far as getting the problem taken care of. It's been 3 months and I still don't have what I ordered!

So sad .
So sad to give a 1. I ordered an anniversary gift that looked nothing like the one that was pictured in the ad. Total disappointment. I expressed my disappointment, told them I would like to return the item and wanted my money back. I was offered 30 per cent off my next purchase. Sadly, item is in trash, no refund offered.

The order took forever to get here
The order took forever to get here. Nobody would answer my questions when I inquired multiple times by email. Tried to call the phone number listed for help and it was no longer in service plus when I finally did get the order it was wrong ! Would never order from here ever again.

This is a scam website
This is a scam website. They steal other companies' content and product images and edit them into mockups as their own. The address they list is a coworking space in Austin, TX, that is aware of the scam and has had several people reach out to them about it. Feel free to lookup the address and call/email the business at the address yourself. The reviews on their website are fake as well and taken from the companies from which they stole the product photos. Make sure to do your research and order genuine products to save yourself the headache.

Scam website selling fraudulent
Scam website selling fraudulent, trademarked and counterfeit goods. I know, because I'm the business owner of one of these products. They stole our images, descriptions, customer reviews, etc. They scraped our site and copied everything. Update to reply: read this slowly. You stole our listing, our photos, our customer reviews and are masquerading them as your own. Your response is canned and you are fraudsters. Congrats.

Not to be trusted
Not to be trusted. Listed address is for a Texas mailing service and phone number is for NASA in New York. The item shown will only partially resemble what you receive after about a month of shipping from abroad. But close counts for CustomFam and since all of their items are "custom" they don't qualify for the listed 30 day returns for items you don't like. The site is a scam top to bottom and I'm just happy I only lost $100.
