Products were really cute and unique. When I thought there was an issue, the customer service was very patient and responsive, even when I realized I had made the mistake and not them. I'll definitely be looking here for any future gifts.

The customer service I received from your company, is the best I have ever had, in all my years ordering online. Your employees should be commended, especially Emma, she was amazing!! I was kept up to date throughout the whole order/shipping process, and that means the world to me. I had made a mistake with my personalization of my order, and they got it fixed right away, which was so comforting!

Really nice product. Order was delayed a few weeks. When I reached out to customer service they got back to me very quickly and were able to fulfill my order within the week. Great service!

UPDATE: The ornament I initially received was very poorly printed. After leaving a two-star review, I was contacted by customer service, who admitted there was an issue and offered a replacement. The replacement was as nice as I expected the original to be. They even upgraded it to a larger size. ORIGINAL REVIEW: There are many cute ornaments one can get to commemorate The Eras Tour. This isn't one of them. The printing is not nearly as dark and crisp as promised in the ads and item listing. It's pale and blurry. Don't waste your money buying from CustomFam.

My question was answered promptly by their amazing team and my Trump ornament was really well made and so many of my friends loved it I ordered more as gifts. 🎁
