I inadvertently ordered (2) windchimes by mistake & when I reached out to customer service, Emma got back to me that very same day. She was able to cancel one of the orders & assured me I would receive a refund in a timely manner. I received the (1) windchime for my son who recently lost his dog & he was very touched. He said it brought a tear to his eye. Very good quality!
