When my boxes arrived, I was disappointed to learn that they were only protected by plastic wrap. I gave a 'great' rating because Linzi at Custom Boxes apologized and is replacing the damaged ones. She was very quick to respond and help solve the problem.

Superb boxes quality and service. I ordered 2 types of boxes and had the entire quantity turned around and shipped in 3 weeks. And that is during COVID19 times! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Custom Boxes. I thought doing this from New York to a company in Minnesota would be difficult but it wasn't. The boxes are better than we had from another company and the shipping was spot on. I highly recommend doing business with Custom Boxes. I among looking to give them business that was done locally but over time the gauge of the boxes change and weren't the same so I am sure I will receive what is specified.
