Custom Boxes NowReviews of customboxesnow.com

Everything was on point. Great customer service as well. CBN comes HIGHLY recommended.

Wow, just had the best customer service interaction I've had on the phone in months. Pick up the phone instantly, know who I am, answer my "where is my order question" in under a minute. Now that is how you do business!

We placed an order for boxes as our local vendor's minimum increased to the point we'd need to buy 5-7 years of boxes. We used the dimensions we used to order from previous vendor and they turned out to be about 3/16 inch smaller than our previous boxes. No big deal, we just assemble the boxes with a slight gap between flaps and that solve the issue, next year when we order our next batch, we will be ordering them 1/4 to 3/8 inch larger in internal dimensions we have ordered this time. Great lead time. Only one drawback, shipping cross country is expensive but at least small quantity is still a great option for our very small business.

We ordered 30 boxes as a test before we ordered several hundred. They arrived on time, but the quality was poor. We ordered thick white cardboard, and "everything" was great except they didn't close evenly. There were gaps on both the top and bottom, and all the pushing, pulling compressing or cajoling couldn't make the boxes be even. Would not purchase again. Trying other vendors now. ---- Update: I don't see how to reply but I would gladly try a second shipment of 10 boxes, middle weight for comparison. If the second shipment is good, I'll update this review to reflect that.
