This has been the best experience with custombobbleheads. It's my second time ordering and I'm so excited to see the final result and sincerely appreciate the communication with the talented artist. They made sure I was happy with the result before adding the hair and I really liked that process! 200% recommend.

Highly recommend! The designer did an outstanding job creating my custom bobblehead doll. I am very pleased with not only the actual doll itself, but also the level of customer service/focus from the designer. He was very responsive and professional.

the customer service has been great. I worked with ONE person who kept in contact with me through every step of my order. I had a large order that needed a bit more than "face" customization, and they happily obliged. The service was quick as well. I would gladly return as a customer and recommend this company.
