I'm really sorry to hear about your experience - especially since this was something you ordered for your son. I can understand how upsetting it must feel to be told the package was lost and then not receive a proper follow-up afterward. You shouldn't be left without a clear resolution in a situation like this, and I sincerely apologize for how this has been handled so far. I'd really like the chance to step in and sort this out for you properly. Could you please share your order number with me one more time? I'll review the full case, including what happened with the shipment, and come back to you with a clear solution - not just an explanation. I truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I'll personally make sure this is followed through until it's resolved.

I'm truly sorry for the experience you've had - especially after taking the time to explain everything so clearly. I can understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, particularly since the shoes were meant as a special gift for your grandson. Waiting that long, dealing with a sizing issue, and then not being able to return the first pair - I can see why that would leave you feeling let down. You gave us your trust (and multiple orders), and it doesn't feel like you were treated fairly in return. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. I'd really like the chance to revisit this for you and see if we can still make things right. Could you please share your order number with me one more time? I'll personally review the full situation - including the sizing issue, previous communication, and what was offered - and come back to you with a clear and thoughtful resolution. I truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and I'm sorry again for how this has made you feel. If you're open to it, I'll do my best to turn this around for you.

I'm really sorry to hear about this - I can understand how frustrating it must be to receive a pair that doesn't fit, especially when you already know how that model should feel. Sizing issues like this can be incredibly disappointing, and being left with something you can't wear is not the outcome we want for you. I also apologize if it felt like your concerns weren't properly addressed - that's not the level of support we aim to provide. I'd really like the chance to take another look at this and see how we can help. Could you please send me your order number and, if possible, a quick photo comparing the pair you received with your other pair? That will help me review the sizing more accurately and come back to you with a clear solution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - I'll personally stay on this with you until we get it sorted.
