I still don’t have all of the components of the couch. When can I expect the rest?

It’s a comfortable mattress but a less than attractive/functional sitting chair. It’ll be fine for a guest bed although we did get a foldable twin frame to put it on because it’s too low to the floor for an older person to get on.

I like the seat covers that arrived within a week or so of ordering but unfortunately, despite living close to Vancouver, the couch itself hasn’t arrived 3 weeks after the promised delivery time. So disappointing that the reviews about delayed delivery are true.

Order was partially delivered, the other parts will take a month. Not very comfortable, when with down the Velcro comes off. Not a good product, doing a return.

Very comfortable

The Cushie double sofa in the color I originally ordered was not dispatched when it was scheduled to be and Cushie was not able to provide a new dispatch date for my sofa. Accordingly, I changed my order to a sleeper chair in order to receive it sooner. While the customer service representative I communicated with was excellent, I still wish I would have received the item I ordered initially. The Cushie chair is a nice item, however it does not work in the corner of my office as I had hoped it would because the back of the chair is not attached to the base and it has to be placed against a wall in order for it to stay in place. The arm rests also do not stay in place. Cushie could have improved this item by attaching the arm and back rests with Velcro. Because the arm and back rests move, the chair is not overly comfortable to sit in. I have not slept in it so cannot comment on its comfort as a bed.

Easy to set up, and pretty comfy for a bed that is folded in half. Fits perfectly in the kids play room.

This is my second purchase, because this is a great product. Only gave 4 stars because apparently the arms are not coming for two more months. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of life.
