I found out my sofa wasn't available after waiting a month (by choice) for delivery. The sofa is no longer being made, so there was no solution. Very poor communication, given there was month in which this could have been flagged.

Great site, excellent delivery. All in all, good product, but less attractive than on picture. Good foam at first sight, fabrics looks a bit old fashioned, but I may be out of fashion myself. Fairly low to sit down on. Comfortable though.

It's a very cute couch. However I had to wait quite awhile for the different pieces. Not a big deal but I wish I could have gotten it all at once. Thanks.

Jai achete un Cushie Snuggle Sleeper Sofa Bed il manquait les pattes back order chez le fabricant… j’ai dû faire de nombreuses relances auprès du service à la clientèle pour qu’il me rembourse le prix de pattes que j’ai acheté chez un fournisseur. Le divan est beau mais un problème persiste. Il penche toujours vers l’avant ce qui est vraiment inconfortable. J’en ai parlé avec le service à la clientèle ils m’ont suggéré de dévisser les pattes avant pour donner un angle, mais cela ne corrige pas le problème, si c’était à refaire, je n’achèterai pas ce divan.

Overall we are pleased with our Cushie, 2 seat, queen pullout. Although it does not have a hard bar like a traditional pull out, it does have a slight gap where the two pieces meet when pulled out. This can be can be felt when sleeping and is uncomfortable. I purchased a topper which has eliminated this issue. Delivery was fast and couch was easy to set up.

I still have not received the last package - the arms to my sofa. And no communication as to when I should expect . Very disappointed in the whole shipping issues. Advertised as 2 days until shipped but I had to continue to Follow up to even get my initial piece (well past 2 days)

Your product is really nice but it arrived 4 days late. The driver did not know how to get in the door.

I like the product but it did not come complete. I received bottom & back 2 weeks ago buy the arms are not due until mid Oct. Very disappointed that I was not informed that there was an issue with the color or option that I had chosen being out of stock.
