VERY FAST RESOLVING PROBLEMS AND ANSWERING EMAILS.

I had canceled my subscription after numerous attempts to do so on the web because they make it difficult to do so. A friend of mine told me to go on PayPal so I can get my refund. They opened my account back and send me their junk the following day on the 5TH. Since then, I've been going back and forth with them through to get my money back. We're all victims here, we can all file a consumer complaint and have them investigate. PayPal advised me to do so and if they don't comply, they'll stop doing business with them. Since March 4th around 8 am I've been fighting to get my money back. I'm waiting for the form and will come here to teach everyone the process. If we let business play with us, it's on us because the government can help us deal with those scammers. I will also advise people to put it on YouTube and tell anyone who is willing to listen to us. I've emailed them numerous and received an answer on 3/9/24 saying that there was indication that I cancelled my account. Then when I sent the proof, they're saying there was no indication before that. I'll make it my mission for people to know about your shady "business". Good product formulation, works, easy to set up. I've been using it since 2022. When I need to delay shipment because I still have plenty of product they've been cooperative. I would prefer that I could set my own delivery schedule for every 4 months but I have to delay it manually each time/remember to do that.

Even with my subscription going through my Apple Card, no subscription reminder. I attempted to cancel prior to my previous shipment but was advised to ‘try another formula” - the new formula did absolutely nothing. My card was charged at 4:25 am - I contacted customer support via their website (they do not provide a support phone number) explaining my issues, requesting the shipment not be sent and asking how to remove my credit card information. I still have not received a reply - only a confirmation that my shipment was mailed this morning.

if i could give this -100 stars i would they charged me $100 AFTER i cancelled my order and refused a refund. not to mention their products are basically drugstore skincare marked up an insane amount
