The worst experience I ever had with an online purchase. It’s been over a week since I placed my order online, I have not received any updates, I tried getting in touch with them using their online chat, sent lots of emails and no one is replying to my messages. The payment for the products have gone through so now I am left with the problem of trying to report this and to try and get my money back. I am desperate, frustrated and disgusted by the whole experience!!! I will NEVER buy anything from them!!!!

Ordered over a week ago and still not shipped….could have got it much faster through Amazon etc.

Have not received my order.

This is the second time I have problems… This is the second time I have problems with delivery I always specify my phone number but when it gets to delivery they say they didn't have my phone number and send my parcel back No communication from curlsmith whatsoever I have to call DPD and talk to them about the delivery, but they said the sender told them to send my parcel back Why didn't you contact me in the first place? Would I even get my money back? Please sort out your delivery process, I hate to ruin the impression about the products themselves for this very low quality customer service

This was my first time and last time to order from Curlsmith! I wish I didn’t bother and just ordered from a more reliable supplier! My package was shipped on the 3rd October and I still haven’t received and now the tracking hasn’t been updated in 11 days. Curlsmith have now stopped replying to my emails! Don’t order from here, it’s not worth the stress considering how expensive the products are!

I wish I could have tested the products but I couldn’t go that far. I waited for 2 months now, havent gotten an E-Mail with a shipping number or anything. So I asked them where it is a 1 or 2 weeks ago. It has been “lost in transit” they wanted to know if they should send it again or refund me. I had hope so I wanted them to send it again but this time I wanted a shipping number. Since then I haven’t heard from them anymore. Don’t buy at their website!

I have ordered from Curl Smith before so I should know better! The first order 1 Year ago during COVID was a disaster Christine a Rep. would not replace bottles of shampoo conditioner even with pictures of bottles broken in transport. My Credit Company just returned charges and yes then Curl Smith suddenly wanted to talk to me? This time I ordered the hairdryer only to have it held up at Customs because they would not pay the duties that they clearly stated contract they would! They have a bogus phone line that Fed Ex has called and called. It is just a pretend line. N0-one answers emails also so that is fake too. Finally Fed Ex sent me my parcel but once I am invoiced look out Curl Smith they will be collecting duties and fines as once again you choose to ignore your customer. This is fraud as they completed box that said yes they would pay duties but have yet to even answer, Oh yes I forgot there is no phone line as checked by phone company and email address is not up and running! Buyer Beware. A company that the Customs office is looking into! Buyer Beware! Update Some of five star reviews are not real. As checked by person I dealt with FDA.

I ordered my product on The 10. august and havent got it yet. No tracking number and they dont answer my email. The money has already been transferet to their account. I have payed for somerhing i haven’t got. Realy realy bad service!!!!
