I didn't realize I had ordered a 2 oz bottle...would not have spent so much for such a little bottle.

My package never came. I emailed curl smith never got a response. I order all the time and love the products, but this is very unprofessional and I would either like my products or refund.

Product says was delivered, but I never received it. Now Curlsmith put the burden on me to file a claim/investigation with the postal service. I strongly feel Curlsmith should have resent me the products I ordered or reimbursed me my money and have to deal with the postal service themselves. I am now out of a lot of money and have no product.

Curlsmith products cause hair loss. My daughter bought Curlsmith products for her long hair and her teen son who has long curly hair. We all can see their hair loss. BEWARE- Stay away from Curlsmith, if I were you.

After a month from the order date the items are still not delivered, no clear information about shipping is provided, no money refunded. Communication with support wasn't helpful, still waiting for this issue to be resolved (hopefully before involving a lawyer).

Items didn't ship for over a week and then I was missing a $27 conditioner!

I have not received my products or order, and I waited forever on their chat without any resolution. I have been emailing them constantly. They never answer their chats. You wait forever. Their communication is really bad. I just want to get my money back now. My experience is a lasting one.
