I've bought the shampoo, leave-in conditioner, curl reactivator a few month ago and let me tell you, they were the worst hair products I've ever used! My hair never was as dry as they were when I used those products. The shampoo didn't do a good job in cleaning my hair and made it so dry and tangled, that I needed ages in brushing my hair (with conditioner in it). The leave-in conditioner was as moisturising as my 1€ drug store conditioner. The curl reactivator made my hair oily, when I used it for more than two times. I would highly recommend everyone who really wants to try this brand to firs buy the little trial bottles (3 fl. oz/88 ml), because for me that was a very bad & expensive experience.

I was recommended a product by their staff. I saved up and bought it. It trashed my hair leaving it heavy and full of residue. I contacted them and said I was really upset as I couldn't get my hair to wash out even. Was told to try something else. I was not offered a free return. Only found out about this later. When I asked why I was not offered a free return was told, I was just told tough luck it's out of the returns window now. Not actually given an answer as to why I was not offered a return.

I have never tried a shampoo or styling product which felt so damaging. The shampoo left my hair feeling rough and the styling product was like putting glue in my hair. Yes, I got a few good curls but the majority of my hair was a frizzy mess. I know this works for some people but it is definitely not for me.

I have used Curlsmith products for about six weeks. Today I noticed that the hair around my face was varied and choppy lengths and looking ragged. My hair has been one length for decades. This product has damaged my hair in six weeks, and of course I am 14 days past the return policy. 🫤

I'm yet another customer that hasn't received their product. The tracking website says that the delivery failed because I was absent but in reality, nobody contacted me and I would have been available to receive my order. When I contact Curlsmith, I am getting ignored (like many others here). If you like curlsmith's products, order elsewhere. They haven't organized themselves a more reliable chain of delivery although apparently this has been an issue for years, from what I can see from the reviews. Stay away from their website!

Trying to contact them proved impossible! Emails bounced back constantly so resorted to live chat. Eventually got an email (amazing) telling me to return the products I had a bad reaction to. Had I had contact prior contact I wouldn’t have binned the products in frustration. However now I’m inundated with emails sending a label to return the products even though I constantly tell them I don’t have them now. Terrible customer service snd incredibly upsetting and heightening my anxiety condition enormously.

Deleted my honest review of their product (multi-tasking conditioner) which made me suffer extreme shedding. I’ll never buy from them again

I tried the products, didn’t like the smell All products are packaged similarly and the directions are very small. Found that distinguishing between each one difficult. Tried the 30 day free return have to say poor service.
