Where's my order curlsmith? I placed an order on 30th November and since then I have had no updates on the order. I tried to contact them on live chat, their bot doesn't even reply after a few messages. Didn't connect me to anybody. I sent them an email, they didn't reply to my email. I tried messaging them on Instagram, they asked me for order number and I gave it to them. But they didn't even read my reply/order number. Again stuck with no updates. Terrible customer service. They won't even let you cancel the order. Where's my order or where's my money?

I have placed an order over a week ago. I haven’t received my parcel and I’m unable to track it. I have sent multiple emails Contacted them via their official account on instagram Attempted multiple times to get in touch via chat Never had an answer. Their customer service is the worst I came across in my life. They took my money but did not bother to ship my parcel. Disgusting!

I have not received my order and no one has replied to my email.

I purchased The water spray bottle . The first one was faulty and they replaced immediately which was good . But when I tried it the spray went everywhere . You have to pump it and never know when the water will come out . It’s clumsy and difficult to use . When I asked to return they said , they can’t return used open goods . This bottle is not for fit for purpose .it doesn’t work and money wasted . How do u know if something works unless you try it !!! Just ridiculous . I’d stay away in future and advice my friends to also

Customer service for this company are very poor. I placed an order but wanted to pay by PayPal pay in 3 option but when I went to checkout the order was placed through shopify before giving me any option to pay via an alternative method. I immediately cancelled the order. I had no response or acknowledgement of the cancellation and request for a refund so emailed several times asking for someone to confirm. I have just recieved an email to say the order has been fulfilled and so can't be cancelled. very disappointed and won't be shopping with them again

Not receive any orders and cannot find tracking

Appalling customer service. Two weeks after taking a payment of £140.40, Curlsmith have failed to dispatch my order; they won’t acknowledge emails and won’t respond to chat. I wouldn’t risk your money.
