I now have the head of hair I've always wanted, all because of Curlsmith products! These are unbelievable and achieve everything they claim to do. The products I use which really have transformed my fine, unruly and frizzy hair are the strong hold gel and the curl conditioning oil-in cream. The curl quenching conditioning wash makes my hair feel like silk!!Never believed it was possible. Totally recommend these products for all the curlies out there who are despairing!

Thank you, new bottle received today, much appreciated, I just needed some-one to actually hear what I was saying and look at the pictures of the damaged bottle, after my terrible review, somebody did. May I just say, who ever packed the original bottle, and the replacement bottle are not very good, both had a flimsy bubble wrap envelope that did not cover the pump, they were upside down and rattling about in too large a box. I love Curlsmith products, but am not impressed with customer service. After spending £75 on conditioner, it arrived damaged, the collar that the pump fits into was broken, resulting in some conditioner leaking out. I sent photographs with the email, to be told they would send me a new pump, I took more photo's, close up, to show that the pump has no way of being attached. Sadly, I have had no further response. Curlsmiths, thank you for your response to the review, much appreciated. Restored my faith in your customer service department.

Always good, quick service

Very quick postage, I find the conditioners great for my hair which can be frizzy and dry and they don’t weigh my curls down.
