Have been using their curl protein cream for years but usually purchase from amazon. I wanted one of their microfibre hair towels that they sell on their website so wnet on there to make a purchase and also saw another product that looked interesting so I added it also (Curl Conditioning Oil In Cream) they arrived next day but I was shock to find the oil in cream was a much smaller size then there usual sized tubes.

An item in my order was on backorder for months. I finally deleted it from my order so that I could get the rest of my products. This was my first time ordering directly from the company. My order arrived today. The conditioner was open and a third of it was spilled out covering the other products. There was no damage to the outside of the box.

The website is very easy navigate. I was able to find what I needed. However, I received my shipment and found one of the bottle´s pump was broken... :(

I bought the Ruby and the Turquoise hair makeup, the Ruby showed up the best on my dark hair, I loved it! However, I didn't like the colour transfer on my clothes and my hands if I touched my hair. Kinda made my hair dry so definitely best to use alot of leave in conditioner before applying the hair makeup. I would love this hair makeup if it were more semi permanent so less transfer of colour please 😊

I love the smell and feel of this product, I think it's just not a good fit for my hair personally. I have been trying it different ways and I still just don't love it. I'm sorry.

Still going to give it a few more shots but I haven't seen a dramatic change in my curls at all using this. The hair makeup I was excited for the most but it was a hot mess. Once in, you can't touch your hair at all or the colour comes off all over your hands, if you have longer hair it'll show on your clothes a bit, not terrible but worth noting. (It does wash off)

I ordered the weightless air cream and the jelly. I have 2b waves and from all the adverts and other reviews expected more. Can't say I noticed any difference except my hair feels like it has product in it. It claims not to leave build up but after 2 days my scalp has flakey build up which I have not had before. I am going to persevere with it and use less on the next use and maybe try without the jelly. After 2 days I have resorted back to my straighteners as my hair is becoming frizzy and losing wave definition which is normally what happens without products anyway. I am disappointed as just those two products were £30 alone so not keen to try anything else in their range. If after more uses this changes I will update my review.
