I placed an order of two items and heard nothing for a week. I then got an email saying that I have received a refund for half of the total. The item is obviously out of stock but I don't understand why I wasn't offered the chance to wait for it to come back? The other item did arrive but the products were covered in a disgustingly sticky orange slime, which had hairs and fluff stuck to it. Absolutely vile.

Was advised to try this. Maybe it's my hair But at £24 a bottle I needed it to work I'm so disappointed in it The frizz rescue curl retainer Conditioner Finishing serum All not calming my hair!! It's heavy Doesn't make my curls last. Just goes dry. Then back to crazy frizzy. I've tried a little I've tried a lot Ive tried on wet hair I've tried on dry hair Just does nothing special I've tried letting it dry naturally I've got a shark diffuser hairdryer.. I've tried drying it Wouldn't recommend and won't be buying again. Sorry I wish it was as good as others said Neck length bob. Natural curly.

I tried curly hair smith hair make up (Ruby) , the color is ok , the gel hold is good but made my hair feels weird and even my hair is fully dry it feels like still wet a bit .. I had color in my pillow in the morning and I have color whenever i touch my hair as curly girls aways touching their hair to adjust the volume😅 i bought it for this price with small potion because they said it’s the best but I could have got the same thing with cheaper price.I don’t recommend.

It didn't work for my hair. I did the quiz and got the suggested products but my hair is just frizzy and the curl is less defined than with my other products.

Don't honour discount codes. I used a code in 2021 apparently, and so they won't honour one they sent to me after completing the hair survey, in March 23. It was only for 10% off but they still don't want to know.

Not for me. Did not curl my hair and it had too much volume.

Contacted customer service through an email. Rep was sub-par, had to explain myself and my issues several times and they never gave me a solution to my issue so I am returning the product. Would never buy their products again especially on line.

I have dry curly hair that likes a lot of moisture and not really any protein so I've only tried their 'moisture' (orange) line and I'm not very impressed. - Moisture Memory Reactivator. Didn't like this at all! Tried it as a primer and it made my hair sticky. Tried it to refresh and it again made my hair sticky. The ends stuck together and made it impossible to put my hands in my hair without getting caught. It made my hair feel dry as well despite being a moisture product. Got rid of it after 2 uses. - In Shower Style Fixer. Was ok, good hold, but made my hair feel producty even when using just a tiny bit. I liked the hold, but I hated how my hair felt. I tried it several times and it always felt horrible. I like my hair to be soft, but this doesn't do that. It seems to take moisture out of my hair as well like the spray. Refreshing with it was awful too, my hair sticky together and felt nasty. I got rid of it. - Deep Quencher treatment/mask. Okay, but not amazing. I prefer the Jessicurl deep treatment. - Hold Me Softly Style Fixer. This is the only thing I've liked so far, actually slightly moisturises my hair making it a bit softer. But it's expensive and I'm not sure it's worth the money. I get lovely results with the Curls Crème Brulé curl cream and it's half the price. Overall, not impressed. Overpriced and not worth the hype. But I've only tried these 4 products, and I can't imagine I'll try anything else as they're too expensive outside of Black Friday and I worry that they'll all dry my hair out or make it feel horrible.
