I have not received my package. When I checked out, Google Shop defaulted to an address for a person I sent a recovery/ get well gift (far out of state), instead of my usual address for several orders in my Curlsmith Account. I cannot get the package because the person is disabled, and it sounds like Curlsmith is unable to help me despite my offer to pay for a pickup and new shipping to my address.

My order was not in the package. I have emailed them to tell them what happened and no one has responded. Pretty disappointed.

The products arrived in a box that was far too large and had been obviously crushed. The products arrived leaking and damaged (cap broken, sidewall punctured, on one the end seam was leaking). All in all I would not order from this company again.

I have thin curly hair. The old formula was perfect, got rid of what it needed to get rid and left my curls feeling soft and bouncy even without conditioner. This new formula dried out my hair in the shower and tangled it really badly. Took a lot of deep conditioner to untangle and curls dried flat. Very disappointed!!

Disappointed that an email wasn't sent when the item shipped. Also, customer service was pretty underwhelming.

They sent me the 60ml shampoo and conditioner instead of the full size but charged me for the full size. Have contacted them to request they send out full size and am awaiting a reply. Very disappointed, first time using the company

I asked for a subscription order to be cancelled within hours of the order. No reply until the order was shipped. I heard back on that day to advise it cant be cancelled but that I could refuse the package. I did so and emailed proof of my refusal in the same day. Still havent heard back in order four days and I chased twice. Really disappointing service.

Thank you for your message Once a subscription order has been processed, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it, as it enters our fulfillment system quickly. That said, we do send reminder emails in advance of each upcoming subscription so customers have time to skip, pause, or make changes before the order is confirmed.

It looks like there’s been a delay within the carrier network, which is unfortunately outside of our control, but I completely understand the inconvenience.
